摘要： The present invention relates to a device for generating a signal and method for controlling operation of the same. The present invention provides a device for generating a signal, which includes an electrode, if connected to an external power source, supplied with a voltage from the external power source, a signal generating unit having a plurality of terminals, the signal generating unit deciding whether to operate the device according to a size of a voltage applied to a first terminal among a plurality of the terminals, the signal generating unit outputting a prescribed signal according to the decision, and a control circuit, if the electrode is connected to a plurality of the terminals, controlling a voltage applied to a plurality of the terminals. Accordingly, the present invention is able to control whether to operate a signal generating device using an external power source.

摘要： An endoscope and method for determining a position of an endoscope body within the human body are disclosed. The endoscope (100) includes at least one first electrode (200) provided in an endoscope body and adapted to generate and transmit an electric signal, at least one second electrode adapted to receive the electric signal transmitted from the first electrode (200), a database for storing electric potential values depending on positions of the endoscope body, and a controller for determining the position of the endoscope body by comparing the electric signal with the electric potential values. The endoscope can recognize the position of the endoscope within the internal organs of the human body with the use of the electric signal induction arrangement and thus, can recognize accurate positions of illness symptoms of the internal organs.

摘要： Disclosed are a bipolar transistor comprising an emitter terminal and a base terminal having substantially equal heights, and a method of fabricating the same. The bipolar transistor comprises a silicon-germanium layer acting as a base and formed on a semiconductor layer acting as a collector. The bipolar transistor further comprises an insulating layer having contact windows for an emitter terminal and a collector terminal. The emitter and collector terminals are formed by forming a polysilicon layer filling the contact windows and performing a planarization process on the polysilicon layer. An ion implantation process is performed to form a polysilicon emitter terminal and a polysilicon base terminal.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for processing an image in a capsule endoscope and capsule endoscope system that processes an internal human body image acquired by a capsule type endoscope swallowable into a human body. The present invention includes a step (a) of acquiring a light emitting image consecutively in a light emitting mode, a step (b) of acquiring a no-light image in a no-light mode after elapse of a prescribed time, and a step (c) of correcting the light emitting image acquired in the step (a) using the no-light image acquired in the step (b). According to the present invention, noises attributed to dark-current and heat occurring in an image of taking an internal human body can be corrected and a quality of an internal human body image can be enhanced using an effective part of a no-light image only in removing dark-current noise and thermal noise.
