    摘要: Provided is a method of crystallizing an amorphous silicon thin film transistor and a method of fabricating a polycrystalline thin film transistor using the same, in which the polycrystalline thin film transistor indicating leakage current characteristics of a level that is applicable for active matrix organic light emitting diode displays (AMOLEDs) can be manufactured by using a silicide seed induced lateral crystallization (SILC) method. The amorphous silicon thin film transistor crystallizing method includes the steps of: forming an amorphous silicon layer on a substrate; forming an active region by patterning the amorphous silicon layer; forming a crystallization induced metal layer in both a source region and a drain region that are placed on both side ends of the active region; forming a number of dot-shaped metal silicide seeds on the surfaces of the source region and the drain region made of amorphous silicon by removing the crystallization induced metal layer; and crystallizing the active region formed of the amorphous silicon layer by heat-treating the substrate by using the metal silicide seeds as crystallization seeds.

    摘要: The light sourcing module of a backlit LCD display apparatus includes a light sources and power sources supporting substrate. The supporting substrate supports plural light sources on a top major surface thereof and at least one heat generating and power supplying circuit element that protrudes from a bottom major surface of the supporting substrate. The supporting substrate integrally includes wiring that couples driving power output by power supplying circuit element to the plural light sources. A rear receiving frame includes an integral heat-sinking and dissipating recess or groove that is positioned and dimensioned to receive the power supplying circuit element when the supporting substrate is received by the rear receiving frame. The integral heat-sinking and dissipating recess or groove removes heat from the heat generating and power supplying circuit element so that such heat does not adversely affect performance of the light sources.

    摘要: Disclosed is a steam oven to cook food in a cooking chamber by use of steam. More particularly, disclosed is a steam generator of a steam oven, which can simplify the configuration of a device required to generate steam and is detachably attached to a cabinet to assure easy cleaning and washing thereof. The steam generator includes a single body having an inner space divided into a water supply compartment and a boiler compartment by a partition, the water supply compartment having a water pouring hole, and the boiler compartment having a heater and a steam discharge hole. Also, a water supply passage is defined between the water supply compartment and the boiler compartment. This configuration has the effects of achieving improved workability and reduced manufacturing costs of the steam generator and also, of overcoming a limit in the inner volume of a cooking chamber of the steam oven.

    摘要: A backlight assembly includes a light-emitting diode (LED) module and a bottom chassis. The LED module includes an LED package in which at least one LED chip is mounted, and first and second wire sockets respectively making contact with lead frames formed at two sides of the LED package. The bottom chassis has a coupling hole formed through a bottom portion for receiving a coupling hook of the LED module. Thus, a wire socket is configured to make contact with a lead frame formed at a side portion of an LED package and power is received through a wire inserted through the wire socket, so that an additional printed circuit board (PCB) or an additional flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) for providing the LED package with power may be omitted.
