    摘要: A method for fabricating a hermetically sealed tungsten-copper package container for a microwave device is provided with the steps of forming an injection feedstock by mixing a polymer binder with a tungsten powder having a particle diameter of 2 to 5 .mu.m and a purity 99.9 of weight percent, forming a three-dimensional part by applying a powder injection molding to the feedstock, obtaining a tungsten skeleton structure by eliminating the binder from the injection molded part, and carrying out a copper infiltration to a copper plate placed on the tungsten skeleton structure for two hours under a hydrogen atmosphere at a temperature of 1250.degree. C. The method incorporates an improved heat sink characteristic, a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of GaAs, and a capability of applying thereto a strip wire connection, without an extra machining process.

The apparatus includes a housing opened or closed with a door; a shoe supporting member mounted on a top end of a support pillar having a predetermined length and vertically installed in an inner space of the housing to support the shoe by hanging the shoe thereto; a vibration guide pipe fixed to an inside of the shoe supporting member; and a nozzle tube having a predetermined length, which is movably installed on a central axis of the vibration guide pipe in a horizontal state and formed of a hose, wherein compressed air and chemical solution are mixed at a rear end of the nozzle tube and sprayed through a front end nozzle of the nozzle tube so that the nozzle tube is subject to a vibration operation, causing the nozzle tube to innumerably collide with an inner wall surface of the vibration guide pipe.

The flexible metal-clad laminate according to the present invention can have excellent adhesion between the polymer film and the metal conductive layer, a low dimensional change, and a low production cost, because of superior casting workability, even though the thickness of polyimide becomes increased.

    摘要: A lift pin calibrator and a method of using the same set the height and orientation of a lift pin relative to a substrate support plate having a bore in which the lift pin is raised and lowered. The lift pin calibrator has a contact body, a pressure member and a tubular alignment member that are disposed coaxially. A pressure transmitting portion of the pressure member extends into an upper portion of the alignment member and the contact component extends through the pressure member so that an end of the contact component is left exposed by the pressure member. An outer diameter of the pressure transmitting portion of the pressure member is greater than an inner diameter of the alignment member. An extension of the alignment member is inserted into a bore of the substrate support plate. The pressure transmitting portion of the pressure member is forced into the alignment member to expand the alignment member and hold it in place. The lower end of a contact component is set at a predetermined height above the upper surface of the substrate support plate. The lift pin is raised via an elevating structure and into the extension of the alignment member until the top of the lift pin contacts the contact component. Subsequently, the lift pin is fixed in place relative to the elevating structure.

    摘要: A high compressive strength silica mortar to be used for the installation of constructs such as building inside and outside walls, the road pavement, a slope and planting trees in the roof and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The high compressive strength silica mortar is formed of 30 to 70 wt % of silica, 40 to 70 wt % of blast furnace slag, and the 15 to 35 weight parts of polycondensation regulator for 100 weight parts of dry mortar powder of these silica and blast furnace slag, and is solidified by generating C—S—H, C-A-H, amorphous Geopolymeric Matrix {Al2O3.mSiO2.nM2O.xH2O(M=K,Na,Ca)} and Zeolite in the mortar. In particular, the high compressive strength silica mortar exhibits the compressive strength of 70.0 MPa or more by vibration forming and curing for 12˜48 hours at 25 to 80° C. before removal of form and aging for 28 days, and can save energies because a firing process is not required. Accordingly, the high compressive strength silica mortar has excellent properties compared with conventional cement concretes or polymer cements, and further shows high compressive strength in initial stage, which could not be generated in such products.

The buffer member absorbs the amount of an impact before the discharge valve contacts with the cylinder, thereby minimizing noise generation.
