The present invention provides a flash memory including a memory cell, a current limiter and a program voltage generator. The memory cell is programmed in response to a program current and a program voltage. The current limiter reflects amount of the program current by a data-line signal, e.g., a data-line voltage. The program voltage generator generates and controls the program voltage in response to the data-line voltage, such that the program current can track to a constant reference current.

The invention discloses a centralized computer system, i.e., so-called blade PC system. The centralized computer system according to the invention includes a plurality of centralized and bladed hosts and a plurality of I/O peripherals. In particularly, the centralized computer system according to the invention is capable of automatically detecting a current status of each host and/or each set of I/O peripherals.

A method and a system for simultaneously supporting network sharing and data synchronization are provided for a first operating system (OS) and a second OS, wherein the first OS is connected to a network. The present method establishes a virtual network between the first OS and the second OS. Then, the second OS is connected to the first OS through the virtual network, so as to connect to the network through the first OS. The virtual network can also be used for synchronizing data of the first and second OS. As a result, the convenience of using different OS at the same time can be improved.
