    摘要: A composite unit including metal and resin wherein a metal member and a resin member are formed integrally. A seal film made of resin or rubber having high affinity to metal and characterized by flexibility is interposed between contact surfaces of the metal member and the resin member. The seal film is formed of a dispersion having as its main component a copolymer of alkyl methacrylate-alkyl acrylate. The metal member is formed of an Fe group material and the resin member is formed of polyamide resin. The seal film, after being coated on the outer surface of the metal member as a liquid material is embedded in the resin member by insert-molding resin. The metal member is formed to provide a bracket of a starter motor and the resin member to provide a brush holder. A seal member made of rubber is baked onto the contact surfaces between the bracket and the brush holder, and the seal member is embedded in the brush holder made of resin.

    摘要: A cooling fan includes a boss section (12) connected to a rotary drive source, a plurality of blades (13) protruding outward from the boss section in a radial direction, and a cylindrical ring member (14) configured to annularly connect the vicinities of end sections outside in the radial direction of the plurality of blades. The plurality of blades (13) protruding outward from the boss section (12) in the radial direction are connected by the cylindrical ring member (14) in the vicinity of the end section outside in the radial direction. An air inlet groove (16) is formed at an end section in an axial direction of an air suction side of the ring member (14). The air inlet groove (16) is disposed between front regions in the rotation direction of all of the blades (13) on the ring member (14) and front regions in the rotation direction of the blades (13) adjacent thereto. The air flowing from the outer circumferential side passes through the air inlet groove (16) of the ring member (14) and gradually changes a direction to be suctioned between the blades (13).

    摘要: An improved vacuum valve including an insulating container and an arc shield held in the insulating container, wherein a protrusion is formed on either the outer cylindrical surface of the arc shield or on the inner surface of the container. A detecting electrode is set confronted with the outer surface of the insulating container with an air gap therebetween, and is grounded through a current sensor. The current sensor detects a discharge current which is induced through the protrusion when the degree of vacuum of the vacuum valve is reduced, to output a detection signal. In response to the detection signal, a signal processing unit outputs an alarm signal indicating the reduction in the degree of vacuum of the vacuum valve. Thus, while the vacuum valve is in operation, its vacuum reduction can be positively detected with the vacuum valve maintained unchanged in reliability.
