摘要: A thin secondary battery with a power-generating element 10 including positive electrode sheets 12 and negative electrode sheets 14 stacked with separators 5 interposed therebetween, wherein the outermost positive electrode sheet 12 of the power-generating element 10 includes a first resin layer 6a, instead of a positive electrode active material layer 1, on an outer surface of a positive electrode current collector 2, the outermost negative electrode sheet 14 of the power-generating element 10 includes a second resin layer 6b, instead of a negative electrode active material layer 3, on an outer surface of a negative electrode current collector 3, and the first and second resin layers 6a and 6b cover the power-generating element 10, and are bonded to each other at peripheral portions 9 surrounding the power-generating element 10, thereby hermetically sealing the power-generating element 10.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery that is excellent in cycle characteristics even in a high-temperature environment and high in thermal stability. The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery of the present invention comprises at least one of an active material A and an active material C, and an active material B as positive electrode active materials. The active material A is LixCoO2 (0.9≦x≦1.2). The active material B is LixNiyMnzM1-y-zO2 (0.9≦x≦1.2, 0.1≦y≦0.5, 0.2≦z≦0.5, 0.2≦1−y−z≦0.5 and 0.9≦y/z≦2.5; and M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Co, Mg, Al, Ti, Sr, Ca, V, Fe, Y, Zr, Mo, Tc, Ru, Ta, W and Re). The active material C is LixCo1-aMaO2 (0.9≦x≦1.2 and 0.005≦a≦0.1; and M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Mg, Al, Ti, Sr, Mn, Ni, Ca, V, Fe, Y, Zr, Mo, Tc, Ru, Ta, W, Re, Yb, Cu, Zn and Ba).

摘要: Lithium batteries having excellent high rate characteristics and low-temperature characteristics, and less in evolution of gases and superior in discharge characteristics are provided by using LiCoO2 mixed with CaO or Cr2O3 or the like as an active material of positive electrode in combination with a non-aqueous electrolyte containing a mixed electrolyte salt comprising both a fluorine-containing inorganic anion lithium salt and a lithium imide salt.
