    摘要: This invention is directed to a column floater with extended cylinder and a ring buoy-group, which comprises an upright buoy at a water surface, an extended cylinder, a positioning system and a topsides. The top of the upright buoy is above the water surface and a moonpool is either set or not in the center of the upright buoy through the top to the bottom. The extended cylinder, connecting to the bottom of the upright buoy and extending downwards, includes two types of fixed and sliding to form a column floater with fixed extended cylinder and a column floater with sliding extended cylinder respectively. The positioning system is one or two combined of mooring system and DP system. The column floater with extended cylinder is a new type floating platform with multi-purpose, combining advantages of the spar platform and the current cylindrical FPSO, high performance, safety and reliability.

    摘要: A liquid displacement system includes a storage tank, a volume of a first gas, and a volume of a second gas. The storage tank has at least one water ballast compartment to store water and at least one liquid storage compartment to store liquid and is configured symmetrically. A pump module may also be coupled to the storage tank. The pump module has at least one pair of loading pumps operating substantially at equal mass flow rate to displace the water with the liquid, and at least one pair of offloading pumps operating substantially at equal mass flow rate to displace the liquid with the water. Also, a gas valve module may be coupled to the storage tank to control pressure of the first gas and the second gas in the storage tank. The first gas is natural gas or inert gas. The second gas is natural gas.

    摘要: A construction method for a column platform barrel deck and topside facilities, and a column platform. The construction method includes: prefabricating topside facilities in form of modules one by one, lifting each module to a predetermined position on the topmost deck of the upright barrel, and then connecting the modules to each other and forming a module-integration bottom deck at the bottom; during construction of the upright barrel, a skylight opening is reserved on the barrel topmost deck for the installation of the topsides, and the skylight opening allows the modular-integration bottom deck to be placed inside; an on-site closing gap is formed between the edge of the skylight opening and the outer edge of the modular-integration bottom deck perimeter; using the on-site closing gap connection structures to fill the on-site closing gap, so that the modular-integration bottom deck and the barrel topmost deck jointly form an integrated platform deck.

    摘要: A liquid storage, loading and offloading system includes a storage tank having a water ballast compartment for storing water and a liquid storage compartment for storing liquid. The water ballast compartment and the liquid storage compartment are coupled to each other to form a closed interconnected system with pressurized inert gas above water and liquid. The storage tank is configured symmetrically and the center of gravity and buoyancy of it move along a vertical Z axis. Besides, a pump module may also be included and have a pair of loading pumps and a pair of offloading pumps. The pair of loading pumps operates substantially at equal mass flow rate to displace water with liquid. The pair of offloading pumps also operates substantially at equal mass flow rate to displace liquid with water. Therefore an equal mass flow rate displacement system is formed to keep a constant draft.
