Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a soil completely-covered tank system with a built-in valve chamber. The valve chamber includes a spherical tank body, a valve chamber, and a channel; an exterior of the spherical tank body is completely covered with soil, and the spherical tank body is supported by a stand column and is arranged on the ground, such that a gap is formed between the bottom of the spherical tank body and a ground foundation; the valve chamber is arranged between the spherical tank body and the ground foundation; a top opening of the valve chamber is connected to the bottom of the spherical tank body by means of a first connecting structure.

Abstract: A method of constructing a dome-shaped roof on a cylindrical tank body includes processes of assembling roof beams into the tank body in a radial shape to form a structural skeleton unit of the dome-shaped roof, attaching wheels to front end portions of the roof beams and causing the wheels to abut an inner surface of the tank body in a state in which the wheels are able to roll in a vertical direction, lifting the structural skeleton unit by jack-up units installed at an upper end side of the tank body and causing the wheels to roll along the inner surface of the tank body to travel upward, and directly or indirectly attaching and fixing the structural skeleton unit to an upper end portion of the tank body after the structural skeleton unit is lifted to the upper end side of the tank body.

Abstract: A method for separating swine waste using at least one perforated conveyor belt and at least one fluid trough. A quantity of swine waste is collected through a slatted floor of a barn into at least one funneling channel. The quantity of swine waste is gravity-fed through the at least one funneling channel onto at least one perforated conveyor belt. Liquid waste is strained from the quantity of swine waste on at least one perforated conveyor belt into the fluid trough, retaining solid waste on the at least one perforated conveyor belt. The solid waste is then transported into a solid-waste storage vessel with the at least one perforated conveyor belt. Simultaneously, the liquid waste is gravity fed into a liquid-waste containment vessel from the at least one fluid trough. The solid waste and the liquid waste are stored to be processed later.

Abstract: A tower structure with storing capacity for at least one medium is described. The tower structure comprising at least two substantially vertically oriented support structures for forming the tower structure, wherein at least one of the support structures comprises at least one constructive pressure vessel for forming the support structure. A method for building the tower structure also is disclosed. The pressure vessel based tower structure may have applications e.g. in wind mills and solar thermal towers.

Abstract: Process and apparatus for the construction of improved tank structures employing a pump metering and delivery system which accurately meters, mixes and evenly sprays composite materials to form the walls of tanks or containment vessels. Such systems have specific application to the construction of walls of prestressed tanks formed by inflating a membrane and applying rigidifying material outwardly of said membrane and then prestressing the walls by circumferentially wrapping prestressing material around the same. Promoters, catalyst, and other chemicals are used to create composite walls, each feeding into individual pump systems comprised of at least two hydraulic cylinders connected to supply cylinders which are coordinated so that their strokes are controlled to arrive at a desired flow. The flow is then channeled through a mixer which mixes the material for spraying through a nozzle. The flow from the nozzle can also be intermixed with chopped glass from a chopper system or with granular materials. Both the glass chopper system or the granular material feed system and the movement of the hydraulic system is controlled by servo units which can be controlled to the desired volume of spray. The spray unit is moveably located on the tower which can ride around the tank as well as position itself vertically allowing for the continous spraying of the walls of the tank. A computer can be used to synchronize the pumping rates, the chopper rates and for other considerations. The computer can also be used to monitor and store the output of the system.
