    摘要: A foundation structure is made up of a screw that is vertically adjustable into a pile to a desired height, a ball joint connected to the screw, and load bearing components that can be adjusted on the ball joint in 3-dimensional space with respect to the position of the pile. The load bearing components include one or more plates that define one or more hollow slots into which one or more bolts can be held in place vertically while still having allowance for lateral motion. A load bearing plate at the top of the structure can be laterally translated based on movement of the bolt. The load bearing plate is removably coupled to the floor of a building. The structure allows for vertical, lateral, and angular adjustment, providing tolerance for foundation misalignments due to inconsistencies inherent to topography and/or offset between an intended and an actual point of installation.

    摘要: A recyclable pile foundation is provided. The recyclable pile foundation includes several inner cylinders, several outer cylinders and several reciprocating components which are circumferentially distributed between the inner cylinders and the outer cylinders. Each reciprocating component includes several steel collars, a push-pull rod, a hold component and at least one motion component. The motion components are distributed along the push-pull rod. Each motion component includes at least one triangular connection plate, several connection rods, an inner wedge block, an outer wedge block, a motion block and a pointed rod. When the push-pull rod is pushed along its own axis to the pushed position, the pointed rod protrudes from the outer cylinders to increases the friction between the surrounding soil and the recyclable pile foundation. When the push-poll rod is pulled along its own axis to the pulled position, the pointed rods retract back into the outer cylinders.

    摘要: A pile system for support structures includes at least two piles each having a first end, a second end, and a cylindrical elongate body. Each cylindrical elongate body has an inner surface and an outer surface, extends from the first end toward the second end, and defines an internal cavity with a longitudinal axis. Each pile further includes a transition region between the elongate body and the second end, the transition region including an annular seating shoulder disposed on the inner surface of the cylindrical elongate body that defines a step increase from a primary inner diameter to a secondary inner diameter. The first end of a first pile of the at least two piles is configured to be inserted into the second end of a second pile until a first distal edge thereof contacts the seating shoulder of the second pile.
