Abstract: Force measurement systems and methods are disclosed for accurate real-time measurement of forces. The system is configured to measure force as a function of time. The system may comprise a handheld device capable of measuring a force externally applied to opposing surface regions thereof for the purpose of monitoring or directing isometric exercises for personal wellness. Additionally, the system may be configured to communicate force measurement data to a remote device or server.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatus that facilitate exercise. The system may include one or more convenient, fun, easy to use and low impact exercise apparatuses. An exercise apparatus may comprise one or more physical user interface components configured to engage one or more body parts of the user. The user may perform exercises by exerting forces on individual ones of the one or more user interface components. In some implementations, gameplay may be incorporated into one or more exercises through a game interface presented to the users. Users may be coached during gameplay to perform one or more exercises such that exercise and gameplay may be seamlessly integrated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to systems, methods, and apparatus that facilitate exercise in vehicles. In particular, the present invention provides active exercise in passenger and navigation areas in vehicles by incorporating force sensors in the environment surrounding the passenger and/or navigator in the vehicle. The present invention applies the principles of isometric training and interacts with a remote or on-board computer platform to track, measure and provide instruction to the passage and/or navigator engaged in such isometric training.
