Abstract:
The present application discloses a centering aid for a container having a container trough, with an access opening, a container lid and a seal. In the closed state of the container, the seal is arranged between the container trough and the container lid. The centering aid has a first centering device, which is provided on either the container lid or the container trough, and a second centering device, which is provided on the other of either the container lid or the container trough. The first and second centering devices interact in such a way as to ensure that, in the closed state of the container, the seal is in contact with the container trough and with the container lid along the entire periphery of the access opening.

Abstract:
A sterile container for the sterilization of surgical instruments is provided. The sterile container has a bottom wall, a side wall and a lid which, in a closed position of the sterile container, has a lid rim which engages over a free rim arranged on a side of the side wall that faces away from the bottom wall. At least one projection element is arranged between the bottom wall and the free rim. The projection element projects from the side wall in the direction of an outside of the sterile container at least as far as the lid rim and is located at a shorter distance from the bottom wall than the lid rim. The side wall, in a wall area between the at least one projection element and the free rim, does not protrude in the direction of a center of the sterile container over the side wall.
Abstract:
A medical sterilization container has a tub-like first container part, a cover-like second container part, a filter device which is disposed or mounted, particularly from outside, on at least one of the container parts, and a sterilization container closure, which includes at least one closing flap that can be disposed on one of the container parts between a closed position and an open position for the purpose of closing the two container parts one to the other. When in the closed position, the closing flap locks and/or fastens and/or secures the filter device to the container part on which the filter device is disposed or mounted.
Abstract:
A security seal includes a base with a locking projection and a head connected to the base with at least one blocking tab. Each blocking tab is connected to the head via a hinge element, together with a safety closure with a first closure part and a second closure part, which can be moved between an open position and a closed position relative to the first closure part. The first closure part has a seating on which the base of a security seal can be engaged so that, when the second closure part is in the closed position, a blocking tab of the security seal overlaps the second closure part on the side opposite the first closure part. A security container includes a container tub, lid and safety closure, wherein either the first or second closure part is arranged on either the container tub or lid.
Abstract:
A surgical sterilizing container is provided, having a bottom and a container wall. A through-opening is formed on the sterilizing container for the exchange of media. A valve device having an outlet valve is provided for opening and closing the through-opening. In order to remove fluid which has formed in the container interior while reducing the risk of germs penetrating into the container interior, the through-opening is formed in the container wall at a distance from the bottom, and the sterilizing container has a fluid lifting device for providing a fluid connection from the bottom to the outlet valve and for lifting fluid from the bottom to the outlet valve. A surgical fluid extraction device is also provided for use with a surgical sterilizing container having a container wall and a bottom.
Abstract:
A sterile display for a sterile container includes a thermally actuatable display apparatus for the display of a first and a second sterility condition of the sterile container. The display apparatus includes an adjustment mechanism having an actuator element which can be transferred, by external heating, from a first stress state in which the first sterility condition can be displayed, to a second stress state in which the second sterility condition can be displayed. The adjustment mechanism includes a thermo-bimetal element wherein, by its actuation, the actuator element of the adjustment mechanism can be transferred from the first stress state to the second stress state.
Abstract:
A sterilization indicator for a sterile container includes a shape-memory element in the form of a compression spring, which, when a predetermined temperature is reached or exceeded, subjects an indicating unit to a defined axial compressive force. The indicating unit is biased by a restoring spring in the counter-direction of the shape-memory element by way of a restoring force which is smaller than the defined axial compressive force. A latching mechanism can be actuated by a closing or locking mechanism of the sterile container. Following or during the closing or locking of the sterile container, the latching mechanism retains the indicating unit in a sterile position, once the unit has been moved into the sterile position by the shape-memory element. Upon opening or unlocking of the sterile container below the sterilization temperature, it frees the indicating unit, whereupon the restoring spring moves the indicating unit back into an unsterile position.
Abstract:
A permanent filter for a medical sterilization container is provided. The permanent filter is made from a ceramic. The ceramic is made from globular substrate grains. A medical sterilization container is also provided, in particular for receiving and storing objects to be sterilized, having a container bottom part and a container top part for closing the container bottom part in a closed position of the sterilization container. At least one of the container bottom part and the container top part have a gas exchange orifice, which is closed with a permanent filter. The permanent filter is made from a ceramic and the ceramic is made from globular substrate grains. In addition, a method is provided for producing a permanent filter for a medical sterilization container. The permanent filter is produced from a ceramic material by sintering. Globular substrate grains are used as the ceramic material.
Abstract:
A sterile container system for the sterile transport and storage of medical, in particular surgical instruments and/or implants during a sterilization process, includes a closable sterile container which is formed by a lid and a trough, and at least one sieve cage which can be inserted therein, at least one fastening device being present which acts, on the one hand, on one of the medical instruments which can be inserted in the sieve cage, immobilizing the instrument on the sieve cage, and at the same time acts on the sieve cage, immobilizing the latter on the sterile container.
