Abstract:
A gasket body, a detachable sealing cover and a container, include a body, a sealing element and a magnet. The body includes a main plane and a peripheral wall located on the periphery of the main plane. The sealing element is connected to the periphery of the peripheral wall. The main plane is provided with a mounting blind hole, which has an opening facing inward. The magnet is mounted into the mounting blind hole from the opening. The main plane is provided with through holes. Due to its magnetism, the magnet located inside the mounting blind hole can facilitate the connection or removal of the sealing cover, the sealing element on the periphery can improve sealing ability, and when the sealing cover is closed, part of the air in the container can be discharged from the through holes and sealing element, forming a stronger negative pressure and enhancing sealing ability.
Abstract:
A container includes a body and an upper head and a lower bottom. The container includes a first opening in the upper head, the first opening having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the body. The first opening can include a rim extending from the upper head. The container further includes a second opening in the upper head, the second opening including a vent.
Abstract:
A closure system can be attached to existing paint pails, cans, and other, similar metallic containers. It includes a crimped insert ring attaching to the container and a primary lid, preferably having tamper-evident features. A secondary lid is seated on and seals to the primary lid, with the secondary lid possibly being made partially or completely from plastics, thereby facilitating its ability to reseal the paint container by way of a plug seal. The insert, primary lid, and secondary lid may have one or more annular grooves or ridges to facilitate their attachment to one another.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a container with multiple compartments arranged in a linear pattern between four container walls. A lid may be configured at a container top. The lid may be closed to conceal all the compartments. The lid may be opened to expose the compartments. The lid may be partially opened to expose some of the compartments and conceal some of the compartments. The lid may slide along the container top parallel to a container bottom. The container may have a ball detent wherein a spring biases a ball towards the container top whereby a protruding ball portion of the ball is received by a ball detent receiver configured in a lid bottom. As the lid slides along the container top, the protruding ball portion may enter divots of the ball detent receiver, thereby stopping the lid at multiple partially closed positions.
Abstract:
The present application describes a thin-walled single-serve perishable food container configured to be economically manufactured from metal and useable by a consumer in the existing single-serve metal container, for example, a disposable single-serve metal yogurt cup. The thin-walled container has a top flange coupled to a bottom with a cylindrical wall and a conical sidewall that extends inwardly from the top flange, such that a diameter of the bottom is less than a diameter of the top flange. The thin-walled container may house other foods, such as ground or pulverized organic or synthetic powdered mixtures or dried food. The container may also have a cover or lid that hermetically seals the contents.
Abstract:
Apparatuses, systems, and methods are presented for a wrapper for foodstuffs. An elastomeric layer is flexible and substantially planar. A metallic layer is malleable and substantially planar. An adhesive couples the metallic layer to at least a perimeter of the elastomeric layer so that the elastomeric layer, the metallic layer, and the adhesive comprise a food covering for a container and the metallic layer is configured to conform around an edge of the container.
Abstract:
A metal container having a metal and a metal bottom that slide relative to one another along a sliding axis is provided. The metal container includes a plastic lid insert attached to the metal lid and a plastic bottom insert attached to the metal bottom that operably couple the metal lid to the metal bottom and provide the structures allowing for a relative sliding motion between the metal lid and the metal bottom.
Abstract:
A bear-resistant waste disposal container comprises a bin, a handle, and a lid rotatably connected to the handle. A bin collar surrounds an upper perimeter of the bin, and a lid collar surrounds an outer perimeter of the lid. A picket extends upwardly from inside the bin, through an aperture in the lid, and through an aperture in a lid frame. A carabiner or other locking device is removably insertable through an opening in the upper portion of the picket to lock the lid in a closed position.
Abstract:
A metal closure having multiple thread engaging lugs configured to decrease the pressure exerted by the closure lugs on the neck of a container is provided. In various embodiments, the metal closure comprises a top wall, a skirt extending downward from a peripheral edge of the top wall, a lower edge included on the skirt, and a plurality of lugs formed at the lower edge of the skirt. Pressure may be decreased by the closure having more lugs and/or larger lugs than other metal closures.
Abstract:
A container configured to hold one or more units of a product is provided. The container may include a lid and a base. The lid may include a top wall and one or more lid sidewalls extending to a lower lip. The base may include a bottom wall and one or more base sidewalls extending to an upper lip. A channel may be defined at the one or more base sidewalls that extend around the perimeter of the base. A sealing member may be received in the channel. The sealing member may be configured to engage an inner surface of the one or more lid sidewalls when the lid is coupled to the base. Thereby, a storage compartment defined by the base may be sealed shut. A related method is also provided.
