Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods for multiplexed detection of DNA methylation in pooled DNA libraries. In particular, provided herein are methods for detection of DNA methylation in pooled DNA libraries using enzymatic digestion by a micrococcal nuclease, methylated DNA immunoprecipitation, and quantitative amplification.
