摘要: A method of solid phase selection of peptide ligands for target proteins is presented. 15-20mers or greater are addressed in a microarray, and the target protein and optional competitor bound thereto and binding compared. A specific signal for the target protein indicates that a peptide has strong affinity for the target. Ligands can be coupled to solid supports and used for affinity purification of the target proteins as well as detection and modulation of target proteins. Specific peptide ligands for immuno-purifying norovirus.
