The immunogenic composition comprises a nanoparticle (e.g., a nanodiamond) and an immunogenic conjugate having formula (I): X-L-Y, wherein X is an agonist module, L is a linker unit, and Y is an antigen. In the immunogenic composition, the immunogenic conjugate is coupled to the outer surface of the nanoparticle. Also encompasses herein is a method of preventing or treating a disease in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering an effective amount of the immunogenic composition set forth above to the subject.

摘要： The present invention provides a recombinant turkey herpesvirus modified by the presence of the cDNA encoding the hemagglutinin protein of avian influenza virus under a promoter. A poultry vaccine comprising the recombinant turkey herpesvirus described in the present invention can induce serological responses that may be easily detected by the hemagglutination inhibition assay but not by commercially available diagnostic ELISA kits; thus enabling easy differentiation between vaccination and field infection.
