摘要: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining a self-interference channel response of a transceiver of a mobile base station having a transmitter and a receiver. The self-interference channel response spans multiple sub-bands of a predetermined mobile cellular frequency channel. A first sub-band of the multiple sub-bands is identified according to the self-interference channel response and, an estimate is determined, at the receiver, of a first coupled transmit power level of the transmitter when operating within the first sub-band. A receiver sensitivity is adjusted according to the first coupled transmit power level to obtain an adjustment adapted to increase receiver sensitivity, while restricting operation of the receiver to a substantially linear region. The adjustment allows a transmission within the first sub-band and a reception within a second sub-band of the plurality of sub-bands to occur simultaneously at the mobile base station. Other embodiments are disclosed.

摘要: Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for a closed loop Listen Before Talk (LBT) which is a coexistence mechanism used by wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, to access unlicensed shared spectrum, such as the ISM UNII bands (5 GHz). The embodiments disclosed herein enable a base station to coordinate the LBT process at both the base station and a receiver in order to avoid hidden node interference where the interfering nodes are outside the sensing range of the transmitting node. The base station device can send an LBT trigger to the receiver to synchronize the clear channel assessments that are performed at each device to determine if there is any activity on the channel. The receiving device can send back a report to the base station device, and if no activity on the channel is detected, the base station device can schedule a transmission on the channel.

摘要: Facilitating fast multi-beam listen before talk in advanced networks (e.g., 4G, 5G, 6G, and beyond) is provided herein. Operations of a device can comprise determining a first inactivity in a first beam based on a first performance of a first listen before talk procedure in the first beam and, based on determining the first inactivity, analyzing a presence of an activity in a second beam based on a second performance of a second listen before talk procedure in the second beam. Further, the operations can comprise, based on determining a lack of the presence of the activity in the second beam, transmitting a signal via the second beam. In an example, analyzing the presence of the activity in the second beam can be performed prior to completion of the determining the first inactivity in the first beam.

摘要: The same or similar physical signals can be used for both user equipment (UE) and an integrated access backhaul (IAB) node. Different configurations of resources and/or transmission periods of the signals can be used for initial access for access UEs and IAB nodes. In addition, since the UE functionality for IAB nodes is not fully identical with access UEs, the network can identify which UEs performing initial access are normal access UEs or are IAB nodes with UE functionality. Furthermore, the parameters for configuring radio resource management operation at the IAB node gNode B function can consider a half-duplex constraint imposed by the UE function and can also analyze hop order and other topology/route management functionalities.
