    Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards network slice management. A mobile communications network can comprise multiple sub-networks, namely, as an access network, a transport network, and a core network. Access network resources can be managed according to the techniques provided herein to meet service level agreement (SLA) commitments associated with network slices. Furthermore, resources of any sub-network can be managed in a manner that accounts for constraints imposed by the other sub-networks.

    Abstract: Adapting wireless network coverage areas according to beam parameters corresponding to predetermined radio cluster models is disclosed. The disclosed subject matter can enable determining cluster models corresponding to historic use of a wireless network, e.g., based on historical KPIs, etc., from UEs, RAN devices, antennas, and other sources. The cluster models can correspond to beam parameters. The cluster model of the cluster models can be selected based on a current KPI value, e.g., a real-time or near real-time wireless network measurement, e.g., from a UE, RAN device, antenna, etc. Beam parameters corresponding to the selected cluster model can be communicated to a RAN device which can generate a corresponding radio beam. In an aspect, this can provide wireless connectivity to clusters of devices in the area of the radio beam, wherein the devices of the clusters can, in some embodiments, share same or similar wireless network demands.

    Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards policy based navigation control. Map inputs including, e.g., information about blocked routes or other map information, can be collected from mobile devices. Policies can be applied to the map inputs in order to generate navigation advisories that synthesize information from multiple map inputs. For example, a size and shape of a route blockage zone can be determined from multiple discrete map inputs. In some embodiments, the techniques disclosed herein can be applied in connection with shared overlay maps to support automated, real-time, cross-platform sharing of map information, including navigation advisories, among digital navigational map users, including but not limited to unmanned ground vehicles.

    Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards digital map truth maintenance. Map inputs shared among multiple users of a shared overlay map service can have a range of credibility, from not credible to highly credible. The disclosed digital map truth maintenance technologies can be used to enhance credibility of shared map inputs. Credibility values can be calculated for map inputs, based on any of multiple factors. Map inputs having sufficiently high credibility, such as a credibility value determined to be above a threshold value, can be shared among multiple mobile devices.
