Abstract: A pixel structure includes a substrate, first and second gate lines, first and second data lines, and at least one pixel unit. The first and second gate lines and the first and second data lines are over the substrate and intersect with each other. The pixel unit is disposed on the substrate. The pixel unit includes first and second active devices, a common electrode, and first and second pixel electrodes. The first and second active devices are electrically connected to the first data line, and electrically connected to the first and second gate lines respectively. The common electrode is connected to a common potential source. The first and second pixel electrodes are over the common electrode and electrically connected to the first and second active devices respectively. At least one second branch electrode of the second pixel electrode shrinks from its one side to another side.

Abstract: A backlight module includes a light guide plate that has a first side and a second side, a light emitting element, and a light guide element. The light emitting element is adjacent to the first side of the light guide plate. The light guide element is disposed between the first side and the second side, and forms a first opening therein. The light guide element includes a first refractive part and a second refractive part. The first refractive part has a first refractive index, the second refractive part has a second refractive index, and the first refractive index and the second refractive index are different from a refractive index of the light guide plate. The orthogonal projections of the first refractive part and the second refractive part on the first side are non-overlapped with each other.

Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of first signal lines, a plurality of second signal lines, a plurality of sub-pixel electrodes, and a first common electrode layer. The plurality of first signal lines and the plurality of second signal lines define a plurality of pixel areas together. Each of the plurality of sub-pixel electrodes is disposed in one of the plurality of pixel areas. The first common electrode layer includes a plurality of first common electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each first common electrode includes a stem and a plurality of branches, and the plurality of branches is coupled to two sides of the stem and extends away from the stem. An orthogonal projection of each stem onto the substrate is located between two adjacent sub-pixel electrodes. Orthogonal projections of the branches onto the substrate at least correspond to one sub-pixel electrode.
