摘要： The machine for filling moulds with metal to be cast, in which a casing is provided comprises a fixed body and a mobile body. The mobile body is driven by a cylinder. The casing can be provided with a vacuum chamber which when closed houses, with the ability to rotate, a sand mould clamped in a central turning body of a support which can be moved by another cylinder towards a lower injector which supplies the mould with the appropriate quantity of cast metal from a lower metering store. A pressure gas is inserted into the metering store through a connection. The metering store receives the cast metal from a larger tank with the assistance of a seal controlled by a level sensor. The machine also includes a metering ladle positioned between a filling plate and the mould itself. The metering ladle has heating elements.

摘要： In a core blowing machine, a core collecting device including a plurality of core collecting trays is provided, which is positioned at a core removal area of the machine and comprises a support bed on which a first set of guides is provided for guiding a carriage in a longitudinal direction thereof. A frame common for all core collecting trays is integrally connected to the carriage. The frame has a second set of guides which are transversal to the first set. A slide block is positioned on each pair of transversal guides and a tilting support holding the corresponding tray is fitted on each slide block. A tilting cylinder is provided for each tray, which is connected between the slide block and the support. A displacement cylinder for the slide blocks, which connects the latter to the frame, and a further cylinder for the displacement of the carriage, connecting the carriage to the support bed are further provided so that each tray, and consequently each core, may be displaced longitudinally, transversally and tilted from a horizontal position to a vertical position.

摘要： A release mechanism for driving a ram of a release mechanism of a core release machine comprises a threaded cylinder integral with the ram and a pin driven by a motor. The threaded cylinder is guided by a cylindrical sleeve positioned in a casing which houses the mechanism. The pin which is provided with a ball thread and imparting an axial movement to the threaded cylinder when the motor is in operative position, is supported in the casing above the threaded cylinder through axial and radial bearings. The motor for driving the pin is positioned in a lid of the casing.

摘要： Shooting device for core blowing machines, which may be coupled to the mouth of the sand magazine prior to the shooting operation and separated therefrom at the end of said shooting operation in order to change the magazine. The device includes a ram, alternatively displaceable by hydraulic means, designed to couple to and separate from the mouth of the magazine, through which the air discharged from the reservoir reaches the magazine with the aid of a shooting valve which cuts off the supply from the reservoir by means of the pressure source acting against the piston and specifically against one of the surfaces of the piston having a considerably larger surface area than that against which acts the pressure from the reservoir, aperture whereof is effected automatically by cutting off the pressure source supply both to the valve itself and to the reservoir. The shooting valve is established within the hollow ram and the fluid stored in the reservoir reaches the magazine through the ram itself and, with the shooting valve placed therebetween, through the actual guide columns for alternative displacement of the ram, wherefore the columns are hollow.
