摘要: The present invention relates to an automatic tool assembly apparatus for a modular constituted tool. The automatic tool assembly apparatus has a tool stock unit for storing a plurality of types of modular constituted tools for a machine tool disassembled in units of modules, a tool transfer unit for assembling a predetermined modular constituted tool from a plurality of modules in the tool stock unit and conveying the assembled modular constituted tool from the tool stock unit, and a control unit. The tool stock unit holds the modular constituted tool disassembled in units of modules. The stock position of each module required for assembling a tool requested by the machine tool is indexed from a signal from the control unit. The modules are then sequentially positioned at the assembly position. The tool transfer unit has an assembly head which is movable in a direction to approach and separate from the assembly position in response to an instruction from the control unit. The assembly head sequentially assembles the modules in response to signals from the control unit, thus obtaining the required modular constituted tool.

摘要: An automatic set-up system is provided for setting up on a pallet work to be machined by a flexible manufacturing system automatic machine tool. The pallet has a support plate and a jig plate which overlies the support plate on which the work is placed. The support plate, the jig plate and the work are sequentially conveyed by a convey unit on a setting table. The relative positions of the support plate and the jig plate, and of the jig plate and the work are usually held constant by the engagement of positioning recesses and positioning pins. Even if the position of the jig plate or the work conveyed by the convey unit deviates from a predetermined position, a float base and a support plate (the float base, the support plate, and the jig plate) are floated by means of air bearing pads. The horizontal movement of these components can be readily controlled, so that positioning pins can be easily fitted in the positioning recesses. A clamp is mounted on the jig plate by a setting robot; and the clamp is clamped by a nut runner so that the work is fixed to the pallet. The machined work and the pallet are automatically cleaned by a cleaner; and the clamp is removed from the work resting on the setting table. Finally, the work is removed from the pallet.

摘要: A compressor compressing a fluid including lubricating oil includes, on the discharge side thereof, a first separation chamber for separating the lubricating oil by generating a swirling flow in the fluid. The first separation chamber includes: a circumferential wall; an inflow port that is formed in the circumferential wall and causes the fluid to flow into the first separation chamber; and a guiding plate extending from the circumferential wall. The guiding plate extends so as to face the inflow port in a direction where the fluid flows from the inflow port into the first separation chamber, and so as to deflect the fluid flow from the inflow port to guide it along an inner circumferential surface of the circumferential wall.

摘要: A compressor includes a rotary shaft, a cam, a cylinder block, pistons, a thrust bearing, a rotary valve, and an oil passage. The rotary shaft has an in-shaft passage formed therein. 摘要: This invention provides a spectacle lens excellent in hue, and provides a spectacle lens formed from a resin composition containing (1) 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin, (2) 0.05 to 0.5 part by weight of a fatty acid ester mold release agent that is at least one member selected from the group consisting of (i) an ester of a monohydric alcohol having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 10 to 30 carbon atoms and (ii) a full ester of glycerin and a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 10 to 30 carbon atoms, and that has a metal potassium content of 15 ppm or less and a metal sodium content of 30 ppm or less, (3) 0.1 to 0.25 part by weight of a benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent, (4) 0.1 to 0.3 part by weight of a hindered phenol antioxidant, and (5) 0.005 to 0.1 part by weight of a phosphorus heat stabilizer, and a process for the production thereof.
