摘要: A fluorine-based lubricant composition comprising a base oil and a fluorine-containing compound represented by the general formula: CF3(CF2)n O(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRfCONHAr (wherein, Ar is a 2-benzimidazole group, Rf is a fluorocarbon group of carbon number of from 1 or 2, n is 0, 1 or 2, p, q and r are an integer satisfying the condition p+q+r≦100, where one or two of p, q and r may be 0, and the CF2O group, the CF2O4 group and the C3F6O group are the groups bound randomly in the main chain) as an additive containing in the base oil. The fluorine-based lubricant composition has an improved long term anti-rust property and thermal resistance property, and further the fluorine-based lubricant composition obtained by adding a thickening agent to the composition reduces abrasion of the sliding member such as electric contact having a noble metal surface including a gold or silver plating surface, a copper surface and a copper alloy surface.

摘要: A lubricant in the form of lubricating oil or grease, for use in contact with graphite or molybdenum disulfide or in contact with aluminum materials, which comprises a perfluoropolyether oil free from (CF2O)n groups as a repeat unit of polymer and having a kinetic viscosity at 40° C. of 50-1,500 mm2/sec., as a base oil, where F(CF2CF2CF2O)mC2F5 or RfO[CF(CF3)CF2O]p(CF2CF2O)qRf′ s used as the perfluoropolyether base oil. The lubricant undergoes no considerable deterioration of high-temperature characteristics (high-temperature durability), even if used in various uses as mentioned above, and also has distinguished low-temperature characteristics when the base oil has a kinetic viscosity of 50-250 mm2/sec.

摘要: A lubricating oil composition for use in oil-impregnated sintered bearings together with a resin member having C═C bonds or C═O groups in the molecules, which comprises a base oil comprising a synthetic hydrocarbon oil as the main component, and 0.1-30% by weight of an ester-based oil on the basis of total composition, and free from zinc dialkyldithiophosphate and molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate, where the synthetic hydrocarbon oil as the main component of the base oil has substantially no adverse effect on resin, can minimize an adverse effect on various metal species of sintered materials by suppressing a mixing amount of a wear inhibitor or an extreme pressure agent to a minimum, without deteriorating a good lubricability required for the lubricating oil in oil-impregnated sintered bearings.
