摘要： There is disclosed a light irradiating section of a auxiliary lighting device to be incorporated in a camera, which makes it possible to eliminate unevenness of exposure amount possibly occurring in the close-up image capturing mode. To achieve this goal even if the light irradiating section is disposed at such a position that is apart from the optical axis of the photographic lens by shifting it toward a left or right direction, or toward an inclined upper-left direction or an inclined upper-right direction from the optical axis, the reflector includes a circumferential wall section formed around the shaft of the light emitting member and two sidewall sections, which intersect the shaft of the light emitting member and oppose to each other, and angles, formed between the two sidewall sections included in the reflector and surfaces orthogonal to the light emitting section, are set at values being different from each other, or the light irradiating section is so constituted that an intersecting angle of one of the two sidewall sections included in the reflector, located at a position at which a distance from the optical axis of the photographic lens is greater than that for another one of the sidewall sections, and the light emitting member, is changeable.

摘要： The present invention relates to means for manufacturing micro-beads (polymer micro-particles) comprising thermoplastic polymer and having the average particle size of 10 μm or less, and extending into the nano-range. An original filament comprising a thermoplastic polymer is passed through an orifice under an air pressure (P1) and guided to a spray chamber under a pressure (P2; where P1>P2). The original filament having passed through the orifice is heated and melted under irradiation by an infrared beam, and is sprayed in microparticulate form from the orifice by the flow of air generated by the pressure differential between P1 to P2, whereby micro-beads comprising thermoplastic polymer micro-particles having an average particle size of 10 μm or less, and even less than 1 μm are manufactured.

Specifically disclosed are: a battery separator which is composed of a porous polyolefin sheet that is formed from a group of polyolefin nanofilaments that have an average filament diameter of less than 1 μm and a filament size distribution of 0.2 or less; and a means for producing the battery separator.

A moisture-proof material is disposed over at least one side of the first circuit board disposed in a tubular gas-sensing element case fixed to a sensor case. A gas-sensing chamber is defined by the first circuit board and an inner tubular surface of the gas-sensing element case, and opens at an open end of the gas-sensing element case to receive the gas to be monitored. A second circuit board which includes a control circuit configured to control the gas-sensing element via the driving circuit is fixed to a sensor case, and disposed in a position separate from the gas-sensing chamber such that the second circuit board is kept out of contact with the gas to be monitored.
