    摘要: A medical information processing system for supporting diagnostic interpretation, featuring a data storage unit for storing an interpretation image and interpretation reference images for which a doctor will refer to interpret the interpretation image. A data loading unit loads the interpretation reference images from the data storage unit into a workstation unit according to a predetermined priority order. The data loading unit loads the images into a workstation which is selected from the workstation unit according to workstation vs. interpretation examination modality information. A diagnostic information creation unit creates diagnostic information relative to the image by inputting the doctor's findings or computerizing with a computer unit. Positions of abnormalities and degrees of the abnormalities are determined, and positions in association with the images are calculated. A diagnostic information comparing unit compares the diagnostic information with each other and creates differences between the diagnostic information as time-sequential abnormality change data. A diagnostic information output unit outputs the diagnostic information or results of comparing the diagnostic information with each other and superimposes the contents of the time-sequential abnormality change data on the associated image. The diagnostic information output unit also outputs predetermined contents for an inconsistency of the diagnostic information for the doctor's findings with the diagnostic information for the results of computerizing and includes a plurality of displays and automatically determines relational positions in which the images are displayed on the displays according to a predetermined relational information.

    摘要: A data processing device applied to a computed tomography system which examines a living body utilizing radiation of X-rays is disclosed. The X-rays which have penetrated the living body are converted into electric signals in a detecting section. The electric signals are acquired and converted from an analog form into a digital form in a data acquisition section, and then supplied to a matrix data-generating section included in the data processing device. By this matrix data-generating section are generated matrix data which correspond to a plurality of projection data. These matrix data are supplied to a partial sum-producing section. The partial sums respectively corresponding to groups of the matrix data are calculated in this partial sum-producing section and then supplied to an accumulation section. In this accumulation section, the final value corresponding to the total sum of the matrix data is calculated, whereby the calculation for image reconstruction is performed.

    摘要: A picture archiving and communication system comprises an image data output section, a terminal station, and a plurality of data bases. The image data output section produces diagnostic image data in accordance with examination requests made at a plurality of diagnosis departments, and outputs the diagnostic image data together with appendant data (which includes destination data indicating where the image data should be sent). From the terminal station are entered specific data used for specifying the image data produced by the image data output section, and destination data representing where the image data should be sent. The data bases are located at various diagnosis departments. On the basis of the data entered from the terminal station, a register list is prepared at each of the data bases, and the appendant data supplied from the image data output section is collated with the data recorded in the register list. In accordance with the results of the collation, image data is selectively stored in the data bases.

    摘要: An auto changer apparatus for an optical disk, having a large number of optical disks which are contained in a shelf, and one of which is selected and picked up by an arm mounted at a disk installment unit, and is installed in a disk drive unit, includes a defect control memory and a directory memory. The defect control memory stores defect control data of each optical disk as a table. Upon an initial operation. initial defect control data is transferred from a control block of the optical disk to the defect control memory, and an initial defect control table is made. If a defective block is found in a write mode or a read-after-write mode, data associated with the defective block is stored in the defect control memory, and the defect control table is updated. The directory memory stores a correspondence table of a logical address of the auto changer apparatus and a physical address of each disk. The auto changer apparatus performs a pre-process such a substitute processing for a defective block and making of a directory in accordance with the data in the defect control table and the data in the directory memory upon access to the disk.
