摘要: Disclosed is a light source device including a light source that includes a light emitting tube; and a cooler configured to cool the light emitting tube. The cooler includes an inlet port for drawing cooling air for cooling the light emitting tube; a flow channel that extends from the inlet port to the light emitting tube in a horizontal direction and that is for flowing the cooling air toward the light emitting tube; and a baffle plate that is disposed in the flow channel and that can slide in a gravity direction. The baffle plate has a shape and openings such that, in an installation state, an upper portion of the flow channel is opened and a lower portion of the flow channel is closed by the shape and positions of the openings of the baffle plate.

摘要: An image projection apparatus includes: a light source; an exhaust fan having a rotary shaft provided with at least one blade, the rotary shaft being rotated to exhaust air inside the apparatus to the outside of the apparatus; a guide having a sloped face that is sloped toward the exhaust fan, the sloped face having a first side surface facing the light source and a second side surface provided opposite of the first side surface; a first flow path, defined by the first side surface of the guide, to guide air heated by the light source toward the rotary shaft of the exhaust fan; and a second flow path, defined by the second side surface of the guide, to guide air having temperature lower than temperature of the air heated by the light source, toward the rotary shaft of the exhaust fan.

摘要: An image projection apparatus includes a casing, a light source unit detachably mounted to the casing, a first connector having a first engagement member, disposed on a housing of the light source unit, a second connector having a second engagement member, disposed on the casing, and one or more supporters disposed at least one of the first connector and the second connector. The first connector is detachably engageable with the second connector. At least one of the first connector and the second connector is moveable in a direction substantially perpendicular to a connection direction of the first connector and the second connector. The one or more supporters guides one of the first engagement member and the second engagement member to the other one of the first engagement member and the second engagement member when engaging the first connector and the second connector.
