摘要: A two-screen display device, in which an increase of production cost can be suppressed while the same resolution as an image of a usual (one-screen display) device is maintained, is provided. In a liquid crystal display panel of the two-screen display device, each of a first sub-pixel for first image and a second sub-pixel for second image has an aspect ratio of about 6:1. A source line supplies an image signal to both the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel. Each row of the sub-pixel includes a gate line (first gate line) that drives the first sub-pixel and a gate line (second gate line) that drives the second sub-pixel. An opening of a parallax barrier is disposed in a region between the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a display device according to one aspect of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a display device including a liquid crystal interposed between a CF substrate and a TFT substrate that are opposed to each other, the method including the steps of: bonding the CF substrate and the TFT substrate each having a mother substrate shape to form a cell substrate from which at least one panel is to be cut out; forming, after formation of the cell substrate, a parallax barrier layer for separating a display image on an outer side of the cell substrate at a side of one of the CF substrate and the TFT substrate; and dividing, after formation of the parallax barrier layer, the cell substrate into at least one panel.
