摘要： The mobile station device has: a first step of selecting a plurality of base station devices meeting a predetermined handover condition, based on reception levels of a plurality of signals transmitted from the plurality of base station devices; and a second step of reselecting, if the plurality of base station devices selected in the first step include a plurality of base station devices for specific subscribers, a base station device to be accessed from among the plurality of base station devices for specific subscribers, by using a predetermined correlation between frequencies and priorities. Accordingly, the number of frequencies can be reduced, and the ping-pong phenomenon can be suppressed.

A service type determining unit (b114) chooses, based on identification information received from the at least one first base station device, which of the first and second services to receive from each of the at least one first base station device. A priority determining unit (b116) determines, based on a type of a connection service chosen by the service type determining unit (b114), a priority for each of the frequency bands which is used by the at least one first base station device, and to update the priority stored by the priority storing unit (b117) based on the priority determined. A selection evaluator (b119) selects a base station device to access, based on the priority updated by the priority determining unit (b116) and a reception level of a reception signal for each of the frequency bands which is received from each of the base station devices.

摘要： A wireless communication system includes: a macrocell base station device; a micro base station device serving a cell having a region including at least a part of a region of a cell served by the macrocell base station device; and a mobile station device. One of the macrocell base station device and the micro base station device includes a reporter configured to report, to the mobile station device, micro base station information indicating the micro base station device to which the mobile station device can perform a handover. The mobile station device includes a handover destination selector configured to select a handover destination based on the micro base station information reported. Thereby, a handover is prevented while preventing the processing load on the mobile station device.

The mobile station device includes a handover destination selector configured to select a handover destination based on the micro base station information reported. 摘要： A wireless communication system including a mobile terminal and a plurality of base stations is provided. Each of base stations includes communication unit selectively uses at least one of a plurality of frequency bands to communicate with the mobile terminal, and a handover unit performs handover with at least one another base station. The mobile terminal includes a storage unit stores, by each base station basis, information of a frequency band used for communication from the plurality of frequency bands, and a notification unit notifies, when handover from a first base station currently connected in communication to a second base station is required, the first base station about a proximity indication associated with some of the plurality of frequency bands based on the stored information of the frequency band used for communication.

摘要： A mobile station connected to a wireless communication network includes a surrounding environment recording unit configured to record a surrounding environment of the mobile station; a proximity determination unit; and a proximity indication generation unit configured to generate a proximity indication. The proximity determination unit compares a past surrounding environment record that has been recorded by the surrounding environment recording unit with the current surrounding environment record. When the surrounding environment records correspond to each other, or when a degree of similarity between the surrounding environment records exceeds a predetermined degree, the proximity determination unit determines that the mobile station is in proximity to a predetermined home cell base station, and transmits the proximity indication generated by the proximity indication generating unit to a macro cell base station in response to determination that the mobile station is in proximity to the predetermined home cell base station.
