摘要: In an electromagnetic fuel injection valve designed so that the contact of a movable attraction face at a rear end of a movable core with a stationary attraction face included at a front end of a stationary core is inhibited, a ring-shaped stopper (28) made of a material non-magnetic or magnetic weakly more than a movable core (18) is press-fitted into an inner periphery of a rear portion of the movable core (18), and a flat abutment face (51), which is disposed at a location displaced from a flat movable attraction face (41) formed at the rear end of the movable core (18) toward a stationary attraction face (42), is formed at a rear end of the stopper (28) to be able to abut against the stationary attraction face. A slant (52) is formed on an inner periphery of the rear end of the movable core (18) and an outer periphery of the rear end of the stopper (28) to continuously and smoothly connect the movable attraction face (41) and the abutment face (51) to each other. Thus, the accumulation and deposition of chips and a magnetic powder can be prevented, and the area of application of an electromagnetic attraction force to the movable core can be increased substantially, while decreasing the number of parts and the number of assembling steps to provide a reduction in cost.

摘要: In an electromagnetic fuel injection valve in which a first resin-molded layer that is made of a synthetic resin, covers a solenoid section, and forms a coupler main portion that defines a framework of a power-receiving coupler is covered by a second resin-molded layer made of a synthetic resin that is different from that of the first resin-molded layer so that an outer face of the coupler main portion is exposed from a middle part up to the extremity of the coupler main portion, an endless engagement groove (45) is provided on the outer periphery of the middle part of the coupler main portion (40a) of the first resin-molded layer (41), the second resin-molded layer (42) engaging with the endless engagement groove (45), and an extending portion (42b) extending further outward than the engagement groove (45) is formed in the second resin-molded layer (42) so that the extending portion (42b) makes contact with an outer face of the coupler main portion (40a) when in a non-engaged state and covers the coupler main portion (40a). This prevents a gap or a bulge from occurring in a boundary section between the two resin-molded layers, thus improving the connectivity of a power-supplying coupler to a power-receiving coupler and the merchantability.

摘要: A fuel injection valve is provided in which a funnel-shaped fuel collecting depression (35) is provided between a valve seat (8) and an outlet hole (7) of a valve seat member (3), the depression (35) collecting fuel that has passed through the valve seat (8) and guiding it to the outlet hole (7), and a flat fuel diffusion chamber (36) for radially outwardly diffusing fuel that has passed through the outlet hole (7) and guiding it to a plurality of fuel injection holes (11) is provided between opposing faces of the valve seat member (3) and an injector plate (10), an inner peripheral face (7A) of the outlet hole (7) being formed along a curved face on the inner peripheral side of a virtual torus (T) so that the inner peripheral face (7A) is continuous with the base of the fuel collecting depression (35) and the roof of the fuel diffusion chamber (36). This prevents eddies from being generated when fuel is reversed at the outlet hole of the valve seat member, thus enabling pressure loss of the fuel to be reduced, reduction in the amount of fuel injected to be suppressed, atomization of injected fuel to be promoted, and a spray form to be stabilized.

摘要: In an electromagnetic fuel injection valve in which a valve assembly formed by integrally connecting a valve element and a movable core to each other is contained in a valve housing, and a first journal part and a second journal part are provided in the valve assembly so as to be supported slidably in the guide hole in a valve housing, the outside surface of the first journal part (21) is formed by a sliding surface (45) slidable on the inside surface of the guide hole (14) and a pair of tapered tilt surfaces (46, 47) connecting to both the front and rear sides of the sliding surface (45); at least the tilt surface (47) on the movable core side, of both the tilt surfaces (46, 47), is formed of a first tilt surface part (47a) connecting to an end part of the sliding surface (45) and a second tilt surface part (47b) connecting to the first tilt surface part (47a); and an angle that the first tilt surface part (47a) makes with a plane perpendicular to the axis line of a valve shaft part (19b) is set larger than an angle that the second tilt surface part (47b) makes with the plane. Whereby a decrease in initial fitting property and an increase in abrasion loss can be avoided, and the weight of the valve assembly can be reduced while good response and flow characteristic are maintained.

摘要: In a fuel injection valve in which a funnel-shaped fuel collecting recess 35 is provided between a valve seat 8 and an outlet hole 7, and a flat fuel diffusion chamber 36 which diffuses a fuel radially outward and guides the fuel to a plurality of fuel injection holes 11 is provided between opposed surfaces of a valve seat member 3 and an injector plate 10, a seating portion 16a having a spherical band shape, and a valve tip end portion 16b which projects into a cone shape toward a center of the outlet hole 7 from the seating portion 16a and leaves its top portion in the outlet hole 7 even at the time of valve opening of a valve body 18 are formed at the valve body 18, a cone angle α of the valve tip end portion 16b is set to be larger than a funnel angle β of the fuel collecting recess 35, and an inner peripheral surface 7A of the outlet hole 7 is formed along an inner peripheral side curved surface of a virtual torus T so that the inner peripheral surface is connected to a bottom surface of the fuel collecting recess 35 and a ceiling surface of the fuel diffusion chamber 36. Thus, generation of eddies at the time of reverse of the fuel flow in the outlet hole of the valve seat member is prevented to reduce pressure loss of the fuel, thereby suppressing decrease in the amount of injected fuel, promoting atomization of the injected fuel and stabilizing spray forms.

摘要: In an electromagnetic fuel injection valve in which a rear end of a magnetic cylindrical body is coaxially connected to a front portion of a cylindrical fixed core via a non-magnetic cylindrical body, and a coil assembly formed by winding a coil around a bobbin is disposed to surround a rear portion of the magnetic cylindrical body and the fixed core, the bobbin 28 integrally includes: a cylindrical portion; a pair of flange portions 28b and 28c which protrude radially outward from opposite ends of the cylindrical portion; and a terminal boss portion 36 which protrudes sideway from one 28b of the flange portions 28b and 28c that is disposed at a side opposite from the magnetic cylindrical body and to which a pair of power-receiving-side connecting terminals 38 are fixed; and engagement recesses 46 are respectively formed to be recessed inward on opposite sides of a portion of the terminal boss portion 36 connected to the one flange portion 28b so that intermediate portions of a pair of coil ends 29a extending from opposite ends of the coil 29 are passed through and engaged with the engagement recesses 46 and are electrodeposited respectively to a pair of electrodeposition portions 38a provided at both the power-receiving-side connecting terminals 38. Thus, it becomes possible to downsize the electromagnetic fuel injection valve.

摘要: A fuel injection valve is provided which includes a valve seat member (3) having a valve seat (8) and a nozzle (10) that is provided so as to be connected to a front end part of the valve seat member (3) so as to be positioned on the downstream side of the valve seat (8) and has a plurality of fuel discharge holes (11b) arranged around an axis (A) of the valve seat member (3), wherein the angle formed between the center line (Lb) of each of the fuel discharge holes (11b) and an inner end face (10a) of the nozzle (10) is set at an obtuse angle (α) on the side closer to the outer periphery of the nozzle (10) with respect to the center line (Lb) and an acute angle (β) on the side closer to the center of the nozzle (10) with respect to the center line (Lb), and fuel injected from a fuel discharge hole (10b) produces a fuel spray form (fb) as a fuel film having an arc-shaped cross section with a convex face facing the nozzle outer periphery side. This enables the loss of fuel injection energy to be reduced and the outline of a fuel spray form produced by injected fuel to be clear, thus improving penetration properties.

摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injection valve is provided in which a cylindrical magnetic body is welded to a valve seat member having at the rear end thereof a tubular press-fit portion press-fitted into a front portion of the cylindrical magnetic body, a valve body is housed in the valve seat member while being spring-biased in a direction that seats the valve body on a valve seat, and a movable core facing a fixed core is coaxially connected to the valve body, wherein the valve seat member (10) includes the tubular press-fit portion (10a), a large diameter portion (10b) that has substantially the same outer diameter as the outer diameter of the cylindrical magnetic body (9), and an annular shoulder portion (10c) that is formed as a flat face perpendicular to the outer peripheral face of the tubular press-fit portion (10a) and provides a connection between the tubular press-fit portion (10a) and the large diameter portion (10b), an annular abutment receiving face (9a) at the front end of the cylindrical magnetic body (9) is formed so as to define a right angle relative to the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical magnetic body (9), the annular abutment receiving face (9a) abutting against the annular shoulder portion (10c) over substantially the entire face, and the front end of the cylindrical magnetic body (9) and the abutment portion of the valve seat member (10) are welded together along the entire periphery. This enables the thickness of the cylindrical magnetic body to be reduced, thus making it small and improving the responsiveness.
