摘要: A laser scanning microscope separates fluorescence signals of different fluorophores in accurate unmixing by eliminating positional pixels shifts between different fluorescence images obtained through irradiation of different-wavelength laser lights. The microscope includes a laser light source capable of emitting a wavelength-changeable laser light, a correction amount determination unit that determines a correction amount for correcting an optical axis shift of the laser light, an optical axis adjusting unit that adjusts an optical axis, a scanning unit that performs two-dimensional scanning, an objective lens that focuses the laser scanning light to a specimen and fluorescence emitted from the specimen, a light detector that detects the fluorescence, and a control unit that changes the wavelength of the laser light synchronously with the scanning by the scanning unit while controlling the optical axis adjusting unit based on the correction amount determined by correction amount determination unit.

摘要: There is generated a virtual tile set which virtually covers color planes of an original image without any clearance or overlap by combination of Penrose-type virtual tiles to be non-periodically provided on the planes. The respective tiles are subjected to raster conversion in accordance with predetermined gradation levels, thereby generating a raster image. Since the virtual tiles can be laid non-periodically, iteration of the same dot pattern on the raster image can be prevented.

摘要: An operation control system for a small boat can include a mode selection module configured to allow a driver to select between a plurality of driving modes including at least a normal operation mode, in which the boat cruises at a speed in response to the displacement of an acceleration controller, and a low-speed setting mode, in which the boat cruises at a preset low speed when a low-speed setting controller is operated; in which the mode selection module permits the driving mode to switch to the low-speed setting mode if the displacement of the acceleration controller is zero, or small or close to zero or is in or substantially at an idle position.
