    摘要: Cable lacing tie devices and methods of using the same are disclosed. The cable lacing tie devices include a head assembly and a cable lacing tape. The head assembly being configured to retain a first portion of the cable lacing tape within the head assembly and having a length of the cable lacing tape extending from the head assembly. The head assembly further adapted to retain a second portion of the cable lacing tape extending from the head assembly. The methods of using the cable lacing tie devices to hold together a plurality of objects with a cable lacing tie device include retaining a first portion of a cable lacing tape in a head assembly, looping the cable lacing tape around the plurality of objects and retaining a second portion of the cable lacing tape within the head assembly.

When the axial separation of the proximal and distal mounts is reduced by pulling the distal tapered section proximally, each member in the plurality bows outward from the drive shaft and expands radially in an at least partially elliptical profile.

    摘要: Novel tools and techniques might provide for implementing seat lifting. In various embodiments, a seat lifter might include one or more first pistons, one or more second pistons, and a seat portion. The one or more first pistons, when actuated (e.g., in response to user input), might cause a rear portion of the seat portion to lift relative to a front portion of the seat portion, the rear portion of the seat portion being lifted by a first height above a seat to which the seat lifter is affixed. The one or more second pistons, when actuated, might cause the front portion of the seat portion to lift by a second height above the seat, the second height being less than the first height. In some instances, the first pistons and the second pistons might be actuated serially (in either order), or might be actuated concurrently.

    摘要: The invention provides a rotational and/or axially translatable atherectomy system, device and method having a flexible, elongated drive shaft or catheter having an expandable and collapsible conical coil with a cutting edge on the coil's large diameter proximal end. When retracted, the coil's sections are collapsed around each other, held together in the retracted position by a sheath that, when distally retracted, allows the coil to automatically expand. The coil is expanded at a point distal to the occlusion, then pulled proximally to cut the occluding material near the lumen wall. The proximal pulling force may be combined with low-speed rotation and/or translation and/or axial vibration at low to ultrasonic frequency.
