    摘要: A Chebyshev high-pass filter includes at least two double null-shaped filter stages that are cascaded to each other, each including a first inductor, first capacitor, second inductor, third inductor, second capacitor, and fourth inductor; and at least one additional capacitor. In the double null-shaped filter stage, the first inductor shunt-connected to a signal line, the first capacitor connected in series to the signal line, and the second inductor shunt-connected to the signal line are connected in this order, and a serially-connected circuit including the third inductor, the second capacitor, and the fourth inductor is connected in parallel to the first capacitor. The additional capacitor is connected between the connection point between the second capacitor and the fourth inductor in an upstream double null-shaped filter stage and the connection point between the third inductor and the second capacitor in an adjacent downstream double null-shaped filter stage.

Also, in a state in which the second electrical component is located in the cavity, the lid is fixed on the upper surface of the sidewall so as to cover the cavity, and the first and second wiring patterns are connected to each other with at least one connecting conductor.

    摘要: A multilayered circuit board according to the present invention includes at least first and second stacked insulating layers. The first insulating layer has thereon a first electric conductor made of a conductive film constituting an inductor and a first electrode made of a conductive film constituting a capacitor. The second insulating layer has thereon a second electrode made of a conductive film constituting a capacitor. The first and second insulating layers are stacked such that the first and second electrodes are opposed to each other through the insulating layers. Therefore this provides a circuit board having a capacitor and an inductor through the use of the two insulating layers, thus providing an inexpensive thin circuit board with small parts count and high work-efficiency compared with the use of three insulating layers in a related art.
