摘要: The present invention relates to a heat-absorbing polymer composition containing a transparent thermoplastic synthetic substance, an inorganic infrared absorber with stabiliser and also to the production and use of the polymer compositions according to the invention and to the products produced therefrom. In particular, the present invention relates to the stabilisation of inorganic IR absorbers from the group of the tungsten compounds and also to the use of the polymer composition according to the invention containing these stabilised inorganic IR absorbers for the purpose of producing windowpanes for use in buildings, motor vehicles, rail vehicles or aircraft.

摘要: A process of preparing a branched (co)polycarbonate resin is disclosed. The process entails using at least one compound conforming to formulae 1a or 1b in which R1, R2 and R3 independently denote linear or branched C1-C10-alkyl, R4 and R5 independently denote hydrogen or linear or branched C1-C10-alkyl, p1 and p2 independently of one another denote a whole number between 3 and 10, as a branching agent.

摘要: A thermoplastic molding composition suitable for making articles having good combination of properties is disclosed. The composition contains (A) a copolycarbonate derived from compounds of formula (I) wherein R1 to R4 independently of one another represent H, C1-C4-alkyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl or halogen, and compounds of formula (II) wherein R5 to R8 independently of the others denote H, CH3, Cl or Br and X is C1-C5-alkylene, C2-C5-alkylidene, C5-C6-cycloalkylene, C5-C10-cycloalkylidene, and (B) a homopolycarbonate derived from bisphenol A. The composition that features resistance to stress cracking and good low-temperature properties is suitable for automotive construction and exterior applications.
