    摘要: Impact-modified polycarbonate compositions are disclosed that comprise a first graft polymer based on silicone-acrylate composite rubber as graft base, wherein the amount of silicone rubber is from 65 to 95 wt. % (based on the graft base), and a second graft polymer containing free copolymer, that is to say copolymer that is not chemically bonded to the rubber, and having a weight-average molecular weight of from 60,000 to 150,000 g/mol. The use of the polycarbonate compositions in the production of molded articles, and to the molded articles themselves are also disclosed. The compositions and molding compositions have an optimum combination of good elongation at tear, good hydrolytic stability and low melt viscosity.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an impact-modified polycarbonate composition which comprise a first graft polymer containing silicone/acrylate composite rubber as the graft base, wherein the content of silicone rubber is 65-95 wt. % (based on the graft base), a second graft polymer containing a diene rubber, and phosphorus-containing flameproofing agent, the use of the polycarbonate compositions for the production of shaped articles and the shaped articles themselves. The compositions and molding compositions according to the disclosure have an optimum combination of good flameproofing at thin wall thicknesses, good resistance to chemicals and hydrolysis and low melt viscosity.

The compositions and moulding compositions according to the disclosure have an optimum combination of good flameproofing, good resistance to chemicals and hydrolysis and good mechanical properties (i.e. in particular a high E modulus and high notched impact strength aK).

    摘要: The present invention relates to polycarbonate compositions comprising: A) an aromatic polycarbonate and/or aromatic polyester carbonate; B) a graft polymer obtainable by co-precipitation of a mixture of at least two graft polymer dispersions B.1 and B.2, wherein the production of the graft polymer component B.1 takes place using at least one redox system as initiator and wherein the production of the graft polymer component B.2 takes place using at least one persulfate compound as initiator; C) optionally a vinyl (co)polymer and/or polyalkylene terephthalate; D) optionally a phosphorus-containing flame retardant; E) at least one phenolic antioxidant; F) optionally a neutral phosphorus- or sulfur-containing co-stabilisers (synergists); and G) optionally additives. Compositions of the present invention are distinguished by an optimum combination of good hydrolysis resistance and a light natural colour. The present invention also relates to the use of polycarbonate compositions for the production of mouldings and mouldings per se as well.

    摘要: The invention relates to talcum-reinforced polycarbonate compositions comprising: A) a polycarbonate, polyester carbonate or a mixture thereof, B) optionally, at least one polymer selected from one of the group consisting of graft polymer produced in an emulsion polymerisation process, graft polymer produced in a bulk polymerisation process, rubber-free vinyl homopolymer and rubber-free vinyl copolymer, C) talcum, D) a Brönstedt acid, and optionally E) at least one polymer additive, and wherein the composition is free of aromatic or partially aromatic polyesters. Compared to the known prior art the inventive compositions have an improved ductility, thermal resistance towards deformation and thermal stability during compounding and processing (molding). The invention also provides for the use of the composition for the production of molded articles and two-component structural parts.

The composition contains (I) a graft rubber polymer obtained by emulsion polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of a mixture of (A) a butadiene polymer latex having a mean particle diameter d50≦250 nm, a particle size distribution width of 20 to 80 nm and a gel content of 30 to 95 wt. %, (B) a butadiene polymer latex with a mean particle diameter d50>250 to 350 nm, a particle size distribution width of 30 to 100 nm and gel content of 30 to 80 wt. %, and (C) a butadiene polymer latex (C) with a mean particle diameter d50>350 nm, a particle size distribution width of 40 to 150 nm, and a gel content of 50 to 95 wt. %. and (II) a rubber-free copolymer of styrene and acrylonitrile. At least one of (A), (B) and (C) is a product of seed polymerization.

A first graft rubber is a product of emulsion polymerization of a mixture containing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of butadiene polymer latex (A) having an average particle diameter (d50) of 80 to 220 nm. An additional graft rubber is a product of emulsion polymerization of a mixture containing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of butadiene polymer latex (B) having an average particle diameter (d50) of 350 to 650 nm. The butadiene polymer latex (A) is the product of seed polymerization in which seed is butadiene polymer latex having a median particle diameter of 10 to 100 nm, and the butadiene polymer latex (B) is the product of agglomeration in which butadiene polymer latex (A) is the starting latex.
