    摘要: A microwave frequency device includes: a first substrate having a dielectric layer and a conductive film disposed on opposing first and second sides of the dielectric layer, the conductive film on the first side of the dielectric layer of the first substrate including at least one signal line; and a second substrate having a dielectric layer, conductive film disposed on at least one of first and second opposing sides of the dielectric layer, and at least one cut-out where the dielectric layer and conductive film have been removed, wherein the first and second substrates are bonded together to form a bonded assembly such that (i) a portion of the signal line of the first substrate is sandwiched between the dielectric layers of the first and second substrates, and (ii) the at least one cut-out exposes a portion of the signal line, thereby forming a microstrip portion. A method of forming same is also disclosed.

    摘要: A system for controlling photovoltaic electricity production equipment having photovoltaic modules each equipped with a DC/DC microconverter connected to a DC bus, a DC bus manager, and an inverter for converting the direct current from the photovoltaic panels into alternative current intended for an electrical distribution network. Power is injected into the DC bus when the voltage of the DC bus is less than a minimum voltage until the minimum voltage is reached. Each of the microconverters injects a maximum power from the photovoltaic modules into the DC bus when the voltage of the DC bus is between a first voltage and a second voltage. The injecting of power from the photovoltaic modules into the DC bus is stopped when the voltage of the DC bus is less than a low threshold voltage or greater than a high threshold voltage.

    摘要: The control device of an electric power converter comprises a control device controlling turn-on of semi-conductor legs. The converter comprises a rectifier to supply a DC voltage on intermediate lines, a voltage filter connected on the intermediate lines, an inverter connected between said intermediate lines and an output, and a common neutral connection. The control device comprises a processing unit to supply modulation signals of control signals of said inverter legs. The control device controls a common leg comprising electronic power components connected between said intermediate lines and the common neutral connection. The processing unit controls said common leg according to a modulation signal of said common leg determined with a reference voltage setpoint.
