    Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for triggered multi-link (ML) access coordination. A station (STA) ML device (MLD) can establish a preferred triggering link (PTL) with an access point (AP) MLD where the PTL is the preferred link for receiving triggering frames. The STA MLD can transmit uplink (UL) frames via the PTL in response to a trigger frame. Subsequently, the STA MLD can determine that the PTL is busy, and transmit enhanced distributed channel access (EDCA) UL frames on a non-PTL link. In a power save mode, the STA MLD can use the PTL to exchange UL and downlink (DL) frames. Multiple PTLs can be established supporting concurrent trigger frames, and different ranges of traffic IDs (TIDs) can be used for each PTL. The STA MLD can utilize AP MLD link pair information to receive a DL retransmission corresponding to one TID via both links of the AP MLD link pair.

    Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure are directed to implementing a discovery procedure including one or more of single channel publish phases, multi-channel publish phases, and single channel subscribe phases.     Abstract: Some embodiments include an electronic device, method, and computer program product for enabling secure time of flight (SToF) measurements for wireless communication packets that include ranging packets with zero padded random sequence waveforms, especially at higher frequency bands (e.g., 60 GHz) and in non-line of sight (NLOS) scenarios. Some embodiments provide a flexible protocol to allow negotiation of various security parameters and SToF operation parameters. For example, some embodiments employ: phase tracking and signaling to support devices with phase noise constraints to mitigate phase noise at higher frequencies; determining a number of random sequences (RSs) used for SToF to support consistency checks and channel verification; additional rules supporting sub-phases of the SToF operation; and/or determining First Path (FP), Sub-Optimal, and/or Hybrid path AWV modes and the pre-conditioning usage of these modes.

    Abstract: An access point selects a channel access policy for an electronic device in a wireless local area network (WLAN). During operation, an interface circuit of the access point receives a channel access preference from the electronic device. The channel access preference includes: a multi-user trigger-based channel access technique, a single-user contention-based channel access technique, or both. The interface circuit selects the channel access policy for the electronic device based, at least in part, on the received channel access preference. The channel access policy can also be selected based at least in part on a communication performance metric associated with communication in the WLAN. The interface circuit communicates the selected channel access policy to the electronic device, which subsequently accesses a communication channel and communicates packets with the access point in accordance with the channel access policy.

    Abstract: Time, frequency and waveform division multiplex schemes are used to efficiently estimate multiple uplink channels in a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) and multi-user Multiple Input Multiple Output (MU-MIMO) approaches provide efficient uplink data transmission. An Access Point (AP) communicates with multiple Stations (STAs) in the WLAN. In some approaches, two or more STAs are addressed and the two or more STAs respond at the same time. The AP receives a composite signal and separates the responses to estimate the uplink channel from each STA. After the AP learns the uplink channels, the AP triggers data transmission from one or more of the WLAN STAs by sending a synchronizing trigger message. In some embodiments, the STAs respond simultaneously with data transmissions to the AP.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus to support scheduled access control for an electronic lock are described herein. An initiating central wireless device obtains an ephemeral identity resolving key (IRK) to use in resolving an ephemeral resolvable private address (RPA) of a peripheral wireless device. The initiating central wireless device can subsequently connect securely to the peripheral wireless device in order to unlock an electronic lock controlled by the peripheral wireless device to gain access during a scheduled time period. The ephemeral IRK and ephemeral RPA can be used for a limited period of time and/or for a predetermined number of usages during the scheduled time period.

    Abstract: Some embodiments include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for infrastructure and peer-to-peer (P2P) medium access sharing. Some embodiments enable an access point (AP) to assist associated stations (STAs) in accessing a channel. In some embodiments, an AP can receive a request for coordinated transmission for peer-to-peer (P2P) communications, determine a bandwidth available for use during a transmit opportunity (TXOP), and allocate, from the bandwidth, a first subset of one or more channels for infrastructure communications and a second subset of one or more channels for the P2P communications responsive to the request. The AP can transmit to a STA, a first signal corresponding to the second subset of one or more channels for the P2P communications, indicating that the second subset of one or more channels can be used for P2P communications during the TXOP.
