摘要： An edge ring adapted to be mounted in an annular groove adjacent one axial end of a bearing ring. The edge ring is slit in at least one location about its periphery to define a separation joint. An insert member engages in the separation joint and is secured to the bearing ring to seat the edge ring in the annular groove. 摘要： A rotary drill bit having a drill bit body and at least one trunnion projecting from the drill bit body and a rotary cutter supported on at least one pair of radial rolling bearings on the trunnion. The rolling elements of at least one bearing are guided on at last one axial end facing the drill bit body in an outer bearing race groove incorporated in the bore of the rotary cutter. The inner bearing groove is formed on the trunnion for the rolling elements of the radial roller bearing. A filling opening is provided for assembly of the rolling elements comprising a channel which extends through the drill bit body and trunnion and is essentially axially oriented having one terminal end adjacent the inner bearing race groove and at least one filler piece for sealing the opening. The filling opening is arranged to provide a common filling means for each radial bearing.

摘要： A conveyor belt roll assembly comprising a roll casing, a roll end mounted at opposite axial ends of the roll casing and a rolling bearing with a first bearing ring supported in the roll end and a second bearing ring secured in an axial direction by means of a ring member connected to the shaft. The roll end has a radially outwardly directed flange with corrugations at its outer edge extending in a peripheral direction and the ring member axially securing the bearing on the shaft is arranged outside of the bearing. The conveyor belt roll assembly further includes a radially outwardly directed disc fastened to the shaft and forming a radial sealing slot with the axial outer face of the roll end.

摘要： A rotary drill bit assembly comprising a drill bit body, at least one trunnion formed integrally with the drill bit body and a rotary cutter rotatably supported on the trunnion by bearing means. The bearing means consist of at least two rows of balls which ride between an inner raceway groove formed integrally in the trunnion and an outer raceway groove formed in the interior peripheral surface of the rotary cutter. A filling hole or port is provided in the drill bit body which terminates at its inner end in each raceway so that the balls of the corresponding row may be assembled in the annular space between the trunnion and rotary cutter. A filler pin closes the corresponding filling hole or port and has a terminal end which complements the cross section of the raceway groove.

摘要： In a drive device for pumps consisting of a pump impeller mounted in a pump chamber, a pump cover covers the pump chamber and has an extension and a bore passing from the pump chamber to the outside. A shaft is connected at its inner end to the pump impeller and at its outer end in a torsion-proof manner by way of a coupling element to a drive wheel. A bearing supports the shaft and drive wheel in the housing bore and extension respectively. The coupling element is formed by an external edge rigidly connected to the drive wheel and covers the outer bearing and the extension laterally on the outside. A cover plate with a center section connects in a torsion-proof manner to the shaft, and is adjusted to elastically adjust the cover plate relative to the pump cover either inward toward the pump chamber or outward away from the pump chamber, thereby providing for automatic adjustment of the radial and axial load-supporting bearings means to remove their play.

摘要： A system for lubricating bearings in a drilling apparatus including a roller bit with at least one pivot and a cutting roller rotatably supported on the pivot by bearings. A cavity or chamber is formed in the roller bit for a non-compressible flushing liquid. The flow channel which communicates with the chamber at one end and the bearing cavity at the other end, provides a flow path for the flushing liquid to the bearing cavity. In one form the flushing liquid discharges to the bearing cavity at a point remote from an annular gap between the outer axial end face of the cutting roller and the roller bit. In another embodiment circumferentially spaced discharge ports are located between the bearings so that a portion of the flushing liquid is discharged to the environment and the remainder flows through the bearings and out the annular gap.

摘要： A rolling bearing for lengthwise movement with respect to a shaft has a housing with a cage for guiding endless rows of rolling elements. Race rails extend axially in the housing for radially outwardly supporting rolling elements in the portions of the portions of the lengths of the rows thereof adapted to receive loads. The race rails have first sides with convex curvature in the axial direction, and second sides opposite the first sides that extend straight in the axial direction, the race rails being adapted to be assembled in the bearing with selected ones of the sides thereof being directed radially outwardly. Both sides of the race rails may have axially extending guide grooves.
