摘要： A connector for osteosynthesis, especially for fastening bone fragments comprises a plug sleeve and a screw engageable in the plug sleeve, the plug sleeve being formed of a viscoplastic, tissue-compatible plastics and having a thread shape on its outer surface. The plug sleeve can be slightly expanded at its end facing the head of the screw and also expanded to a greater extent at its other end, so that simple assembly and firm clamping in the bone tissue is achieved. It is possible to monitor the position of the plug sleeve in the bone constantly during assembly on an X-ray screen in conjunction with a metallic screwdriver or a measuring scale provided on the screwdriver for screwing the sleeve into the bone.

摘要： A fastener for anchoring in a bore in a bone has a screw having a substantially cylindrical outer surface formed with a helical screwthread. This screw has at its screwthread a thread diameter and between the turns of the thread at the surface a root diameter smaller than the thread diameter. A synthetic-resin anchor sleeve of a resilient fitted in the bore is of an outside diameter corresponding generally to the diameter of the bore and has an outer end formed with an outwardly open polygonal-section recess, an inner end formed with an inwardly open and transversely throughgoing slot, an outer end portion of an inside diameter greater than the root diameter but smaller than the thread diameter, an inner end portion of an inside diameter smaller than the root diameter, and an external helicoidal screwthread extending about two-thirds of the length of the sleeve from its inner end toward its outer end.

摘要： A fastener for anchoring in a bore in a bone has a screw extending along an axis and having a substantially cylindrical outer surface formed with a helical screwthread. The screw has at the screwthread a thread diameter and between the turns of the thread at the surface a root diameter smaller than the thread diameter. An anchor sleeve normally fitted in the bore and of an outside diameter corresponding generally to the diameter of the bore has an outer end formed with a laterally projecting rim normally lying against the bone around the bore, an outer end portion of an inside diameter greater than the root diameter but smaller than the thread diameter, and an inner end portion of an inside diameter smaller than the root diameter. Thus when the screw is threaded into the sleeve its thread cuts into the outer portion without substantially deforming and spreading same and into the inner portion with substantial outward deformation and spreading of same.

摘要： An anchoring means for anchoring by a bonding mass in a drilled hole in a concrete part or the like has a threaded bolt with a reduced portion and an expansion cone followed by a head part, forming at the same time a stop shoulder. Over the reduced portion and expansion cone is slipped an anchoring sleeve which is provided on its outer surface with a plurality of longitudinal grooves. By the longitudinal grooves and the elasticity of the anchoring sleeve consisting of plastics material, the possibility is obtained of compensating for the enlargement of the drilled hole when a crack forms, thus making it possible for the anchoring means to be used in the zone subject to tensile forces.
