    摘要: The fixing element for anchoring in a hole drilled in a concrete part includes a threaded bolt, an expansible body with an expander cone and an expansible sleeve having an internal bore. The expansible sleeve has longitudinal slots extending from its front end and the expansible body is joined to the threaded bolt for expansion in the drilled hole. To ensure that the fixing element can continue to at least partially hold after experiencing a sever excessive stress such as occurs during an earthquake, the internal bore (14) of the expansible sleeve (11) has a first cylindrical portion (14a) in its front end, which has a length corresponding approximately to the length of the expander cone (5) and the diameter of the first cylindrical portion (14a) corresponds to the smallest expander cone diameter. The internal bore (14) also has a second, conically widening portion (14b) connected to the first cylindrical portion and a third cylindrical portion (14c) which extends from and is connected to the second conically widening portion. The third cylindrical portion (14c) has a diameter which corresponds to the largest diameter of the second conically widening portion. The longitudinal slots (12) terminate in the conically widening portion (14b) of the internal bore (14).

    摘要: An anchoring means for anchoring by a bonding mass in a drilled hole in a concrete part or the like has a threaded bolt with a reduced portion and an expansion cone followed by a head part, forming at the same time a stop shoulder. Over the reduced portion and expansion cone is slipped an anchoring sleeve which is provided on its outer surface with a plurality of longitudinal grooves. By the longitudinal grooves and the elasticity of the anchoring sleeve consisting of plastics material, the possibility is obtained of compensating for the enlargement of the drilled hole when a crack forms, thus making it possible for the anchoring means to be used in the zone subject to tensile forces.

One end of the traction rope is connected to the receptacle while the other end thereof is connected to a tension spring that is retained on the housing. Mechanisms between the housing, the receptacle, the plunger, and the carriage control the reciprocal coupling thereof to the traction rope.

    摘要: A rotational damper having a stator and a rotor that is rotatably supported in the stator, the rotor having a first friction element (31, 31 A . . . 31 F), wherein the volume between the stator and the rotor is filled with a viscous fluid. According to the invention, the rotor has a second friction element (32, 32A . . . 32F), which is supported coaxially in relation to the first friction element and rotationally coupled thereto, and which can be axially displaced relative to the first friction element. Due to the two-piece design of the friction element and the ability for axial displacement of the two friction elements, the entire effective surface of the friction element in the viscous fluid, and thus the frictional resistance and the damping characteristics of the rotational damper, can be varied. For this purpose, the second friction element preferably has a plurality of segments (5, 5A . . . 5F), which immerse into the first friction element and can be displaced by an actuator (4, 4A . . . 4G). These segments bring about the rotational coupling of the two friction elements. In this manner, continuous adjustment of the damping torque can occur across a broad range using a simple mechanism, in order to meet the diverse requirements in terms of size and type of rotational damping in various applications, using only one model.

Therefore a good mixing of a compound mass and reduction of the driving-in resistance is obtained. Therefore the outer diameter measured over the lugs of the anchor bolt can be matched approximately to the diameter of the drilled hole. Simple and inexpensive manufacture of the anchor bolt can be provided by powdered metal injection molding method using a system of binders with subsequent removal of the binders and sintering.

    摘要: The expansible metal anchor (1) for anchoring in a hole drilled in a component includes a shank part (2) and an expander cone (4) having a polygonal cross-section defining several faces (13) at its front end. On each face (13) of the expander cone (4) an expansible segment (5) is arranged spaced from that face by a gap (7) corresponding approximately to the distance (8) by which the expansible segments (5) project radially from the shank part (2). Each expansible segment (5) is joined to the shank part (2) at its end face directed towards the shank part (2) by web members (6, 6') constituting predetermined break points. As the expansible anchor is driven into the hole drilled in the component, the web members (6,6') break off, so that the expansible segments (5) are displaceable on the faces (13) of the expander cone. The expansible anchor (1) is manufactured from powdered metal by an injection-molding process using a system of binders with subsequent removal of the binders and sintering, and a slide member of the mold divided at the corner edges (20) of the faces (13) is used to make the gap (7) between the expansible segments (5) and the faces (13) of the expander cone (4).
