    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount including an elastic body interposed between an inner and an outer sleeve, a pressure-receiving chamber disposed between the two sleeves, a first and a second equilibrium chambers partially defined by respective flexible diaphragms for absorbing pressure chambes in the two equilibrium chambers: a first and a second air chamber corresponding to the first and second equilibrium chambers, for permitting elastic deformation of the respective diaphragms; and a first and a second orifice passage for fluid communication between the pressure-receiving and the first and the second equilibrium chambers. The second orifice passage has a ratio of its cross sectional area to its circumferential length, which is higher than that of the first orifice passage. The elastic mount further includes a pressure control device connected to the second air chamber for changing a pressure in the second air chamber. This pressure control device includes a switch device which is operable between a first position for communication of the second air chamber with a first pressure and a second position for communication of the second air chamber with a second pressure higher than the first pressure, so that the fluid flows only through the first orifice passage when the switch device is placed in the first position, and through the second orifice passage when the switch device is placed in the second position.

    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount including an elastic body elastically connecting a first and a second support, and partially defining a fluid chamber filled with a non-compressible fluid. The elastic mount includes an oscillating plate which partially defines the fluid chamber and which is displaceable to change a pressure of the fluid in the fluid chamber, and a permanent magnet disposed on one of opposite sides of the oscillating plate remote from the fluid chamber. A first and a second yoke member are connected to opposite magnetic pole faces of the magnet by a plastic material, and cooperate with the magnet to define a closed magnetic circuit. The yoke members define therebetween an annular gap in the magnetic circuit, in which a magnetic fluid and an annular moving coil are received. The magnetic fluid includes magnetic particles dispersed in a liquid medium. The coil is fixed to the oscillating plate, to oscillate the oscillating plate upon energization of the coil.

    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount wherein an elastic body elastically connecting first and second supports partially defines a fluid chamber filled with a non-compressible fluid. The elastic mount includes an oscillating plate which partially defines the fluid chamber and which is displaceable to change a pressure of the fluid in the fluid chamber, and a permanent magnet disposed on one of opposite sides of the oscillating plate remote from the fluid chamber. The permanent magnet is made of a plastic magnetic material including a magnetic material and a plastic material as a binder for the magnetic material. First and second yoke members are held in contact with opposite magnetic pole faces of the magnet, and cooperate with the magnet to define a close magnetic circuit. The yoke members define therebetween an annular gap in the magnetic circuit, in which an annular moving coil is received. The coil is fixed to the oscillating plate, to oscillate the oscillating plate upon energization of the coil. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the elastic mount, in which a spacing between the yoke members is filled with the plastic magnetic material in a plasticized state, which is then solidified to provide the permanent magnet.

    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount is disclosed which includes a first and a second support member, an elastic body for interconnecting the support members and partially defining a pressure-receiving chamber, and a partition structure which cooperates with a first and a second flexible diaphragm to define a first and a second equilibrium chamber. The elastic mount has a first and a second orifice passage for fluid communication between the pressure-receiving chamber and the respective equilibrium chambers. The elastic mount further has an air chamber on one side of the second diaphragm remote from the second equilibrium chamber, and an operating chamber separated from the air chamber by a biasing elastic member. The operating chamber is subjected to a vacuum pressure as needed to move the second diaphragm away from the opening of the second orifice passage, which is normally closed by the second diaphragm due to a biasing force of the biasing elastic member. The elastic mount further includes a rigid planar member interposed between a top plate of the biasing elastic member and the second diaphragm. Between the rigid planar member and the top plate of the biasing elastic member is formed an air passage for permitting an air flow into a central portion of abutting faces thereof upon abutting contact therebetween.

    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount including mutually spaced-apart first and second support members, and an elastic body for elastically connecting the first and second support members. The elastic mount has a plurality of fluid chambers filled with a non-compressible fluid and communicating with each other through an orifice passage or passages, and an air-tight operating chamber which is formed on one side of a flexible membrane remote from the corresponding fluid chamber. This flexible membrane consists of a fluid-impermeable first flexible layer which is corrosion-resistant to the non-compressible fluid, and a fluid-impermeable second flexible layer which is corrosion-resistant to gasoline. These flexible layers are superposed on each other such that the first flexible layer is exposed to the fluid chamber while the second flexible layer is exposed to the operating chamber. The elastic mount further includes a pressure control device for applying a vacuum pressure to the operating chamber so as to restrict elastic deformation of the flexible membrane.

    摘要: A fluid filled type vibration damping device includes a first mounting member, a second mounting member, a main rubber elastic body, a flexible film, a partition member, a valve, a coil, a control-signals-generating circuit and a power amplifier circuit. The valve enables to switch the second orifice passage between an open state and a closed state. The second orifice passage communicates the pressure-receiving chamber and the equilibrium chamber with each other. The switch of the valve is performed by an electromagnetic force occurring by an electrical connection of the coil. Furthermore the control-signals-generating circuit is formed and disposed separately from the coil. The control-signals-generating circuit produces state switching control signals of the valve. Moreover the power amplifier circuit which supplies an electric-current to the coil by amplifying the state switching control signals, constitutes an actuator unit attached integrally to the coil, and is disposed separately from the control-signals-generating circuit.

    摘要: A fluid-filled type active vibration damping device including a vibration damping device main unit, an oscillation member, and an actuator. The actuator is constituted by an electromagnetic actuator having a stator that includes a coil fixed to a second mounting member while having a movable member linearly displaceable relative to the stator when the coil is energized. A shaft member is provided for connecting the movable member and the oscillation member with each other. A connecting portion is provided for attaching the shaft member to the movable member while permitting the shaft member to tilt as well as to undergo displacement in an axis-perpendicular direction with respect to the movable member. A displacement preventing portion is provided for fastening the movable member and the shaft member to each other by preventing tilt as well as displacement in the axis-perpendicular direction due to the connecting portion.
