摘要: Disclosed is a method for using cold rolling magnetic filtration waste, comprising using the cold rolling magnetic filtration waste as a fluxing agent for a high-ash-fusion coal so as to achieve the technical requirements of a high melting point coal in dry coal powder gasification and liquid slagging. The cold rolling magnetic filtration waste contains solid particulates with very fine particles (iron-containing particles mainly produced by friction), and the surface thereof has a cold rolling oil attached thereto, and same reacts with other aluminosilicates in coal ash at a high temperature to produce low temperature eutectic compounds such as fayalite (Fe2SiO4) and hercynite (Fe2Al2O4). The fluxing agent has characteristics such as having fine particles, being free of inorganic mineral substances, having an effective ingredient in a high content, operation thereof being simple, and being free of pollution.

摘要: An emulsion flow optimization method suitable for a cold continuous rolling mill that aims to achieve vibration suppression. The method aims to suppress vibrations by an oil film thickness model and a friction coefficient model. An optimum set value of the emulsion flow rate for each rolling stand that aims to achieve vibration suppression is optimized on the basis of an over-lubrication film thickness critical value and an under-lubrication film thickness critical value that are proposed. The method greatly reduces the incidence of rolling mill vibration defects, improves production efficiency and product quality, treats rolling mill vibration defects, and improves the surface quality and rolling process stability of a finished strip of a cold continuous rolling mill.

摘要: The application discloses a tension system optimization method for suppressing vibration of a cold tandem rolling mill. The method aims to suppress vibration occurring in a high-speed rolling process of a cold tandem rolling mill, and provides a rolling machine vibration determination index coefficient for effectively determining whether vibration occurs in a rolling machine. The method employs a target optimization function F(X) such that a mean square error between an optimal value ψ0i of the rolling machine vibration determination index and a vibration determination index ψi of each machine frame acquired in an actual rolling process is at a minimum, and such that a maximum value of the rolling machine vibration determination index coefficient of each individual machine frame is also at a minimum, employs a constraint in which an upper threshold ψi+ of the vibration determination index is acquired during a rolling process in an over-lubricated state in which a neutral angle γi coincides with a bite angle αi and a constraint in which a lower threshold ψi− of the vibration determination index is acquired during a rolling process in an under-lubricated state in which the neutral angle γi is half the bite angle αi, thereby ultimately optimizing a tension system of a rolling process of a cold tandem rolling mill.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of strip cold rolling, and in particular to a thickness control method for strips in a tandem cold mill. Frame S1 and one or more additional frames are selected as virtual indirect measuring instruments for the strip performance. A load cell is provided on the frames that are selected as the indirect measuring instruments for the strip performance, and deformation resistance fluctuation of the supplied materials of the frame S is calculated. Finally, the feed-forward adjustment amount of each frame is calculated. The present invention measures the deformation resistance of each section of the strip of the supplied materials through the selected frame, reducing the fluctuation of the thickness of the finished products of the strip and ensuring stable rolling.
