摘要: The present disclosure provides a method of making zeolite intergrowths. In one embodiment, the present disclosure provides a method of making an AEI-based material, including the steps of: preparing a mixture of water, an alumina source, a silica source, a CHA structure directing agent, and an AEI structure directing agent, wherein the molar ratio of the CHA structure directing agent to the AEI structure directing agent is from about 1:1 to about 1:15; heating the mixture at a temperature sufficient to promote formation of crystals; and calcining the crystals at a temperature of from about 450° C. to about 750° C. to obtain a product, wherein no halide-containing reagent is employed. The AEI-based materials of the present disclosure may find particular use in selective catalytic reduction of NOx in exhaust gas streams.

摘要: A process for preparing a zeolitic material comprising a metal M, having framework type AEI, and having a framework in structure which comprises a tetravalent element Y, a trivalent element X, and oxygen, said process comprising (i) providing a zeolitic of material comprising the metal M, having a framework type other than AEI, and having a framework structure comprising the trivalent element X, and oxygen; (ii) preparing a synthesis mixture comprising the zeolitic material provided in (i), water, a source of the tetravalent element Y, and an AEI framework structure directing agent; (iii) subjecting the synthesis mixture prepared in (ii) to hydrothermal synthesis conditions comprising heating the synthesis mixture to a temperature in the range of from 100 to 200 ° C. and keeping the synthesis mixture at a temperature in this range under autogenous pressure, obtaining the zeolitic material having framework type AEI; wherein Y is one or more of Si, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr; wherein X is one or more of Al, B, Ga, In; wherein M is a transition metal of groups 7 to 12 of the periodic table of elements.

摘要: Zeolite catalysts and systems and methods for preparing and using zeolite catalysts having the CHA crystal structure are disclosed. The catalysts can be used to remove nitrogen oxides from a gaseous medium across a broad temperature range and exhibit hydrothermal stable at high reaction temperatures. The zeolite catalysts include a zeolite carrier having a silica to alumina ratio from about 15:1 to about 256:1 and a copper to alumina ratio from about 0.25:1 to about 1:1.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to copper-containing molecular sieve catalysts that are highly suitable for the treatment of exhaust containing NOx pollutants. The copper-containing molecular sieve catalysts contain ion-exchanged copper as Cu+2 and Cu(OH)+1, and DRIFT spectroscopy of the catalyst exhibits perturbed T-O-T vibrational peaks corresponding to the Cu+2 and Cu(OH)+1. In spectra taken of the catalytic materials, a ratio of the Cu+2 to the Cu(OH)+1 peak integration areas preferably can be ≥1. The copper-containing molecular sieve catalysts are aging stable such that the peak integration area percentage of the Cu+2 peak (area Cu+2/(area Cu+2+area Cu(OH)+1)) increases by ≤20% upon aging at 800° C. for 16 hours in the presence of 10% H2O/air, compared to the fresh state.
