Abstract: Solid pigment preparations comprising as essential constituents (A) 45% to 90% by weight of at least one color-conferring component comprising (A1) 5% to 100% by weight of at least one pigment and (A2) 0% to 95% by weight of at least one filler without self color, (B) 5% to 50% by weight of at least one water-soluble surface-active additive from the group of alkylene oxide group containing additives (B1) and alkylene oxide group free additives (B2), the alkylene oxide group containing additive (B1) comprising at least 5% by weight of the pigment preparation, and (C) 0.1% to 5% by weight of an antioxidant and also production and use of the pigment preparations for coloration of macromolecular organic or inorganic materials and also of plastics materials.

Abstract: An aqueous, low-VOC/SVOC universal pigment preparation is provided, which contains (A) a pigment component; (B) a water-soluble additive containing at least one polyamine B, which is selected from the group consisting of polyvinylamines, poly-C2-C3-alkyleneimines, modified poly-C2-C3-alkyleneimines, melamines, modified melamines, poly-(C2-C4-alkyleneether) amines, polyetheramine polyols, and modified polyetheramine polyols; (C) an additive based on lecithin and/or an anionic additive based on a phosphoric ester and/or phosphonic ester; and (D) optionally further additives customary for producing an aqueous pigment preparation.
