    摘要: The present invention relates to a pigment paste comprising at least one aqueous dispersion comprising at least one copolymer, said copolymer being preparable by (i) initially charging an aqueous dispersion of at least one polyurethane, and then (ii) polymerizing a mixture of olefinically unsaturated monomers in the presence of the polyurethane from (i), in which (a) a water-soluble initiator is used, (b) the olefinically unsaturated monomers are metered in such that a concentration of 6.0% by weight, based on the total amount of olefinically unsaturated monomers used for polymerization, in the reaction solution is not exceeded over the entire reaction time, and (c) the mixture of the olefinically unsaturated monomers comprises at least one polyolefinically unsaturated monomer, and further comprising a pigment, where the weight ratio of pigment to copolymer is at least 1.5. The invention further relates to the use of the copolymer for dispersion of pigments.

    摘要: A method of forming a passivated pigment slurry includes combining a resin and a pigment to form a pigment-resin slurry, wherein the pigment includes a plurality of flakes each having a surface. After combining, the method includes mixing the pigment-resin slurry and an orthosilicate to form a coated pigment-resin slurry. The coated pigment-resin slurry includes the resin and a coated pigment including the plurality of flakes each encapsulated by a first layer formed from silica and disposed on the surface. The method further includes reacting the coated pigment-resin slurry and an organosilane compound having a hydrolysable group and an organic functional group to coat the first layer and thereby form the passivated pigment slurry. The passivated pigment slurry includes the resin and a passivated pigment including the plurality of flakes each coated with a second layer disposed on the first layer.

    摘要: A conductive silver via paste comprising particulate conductive silver, a vanadium-phosphorus-oxide and an organic vehicle is particularly useful in providing the metallization of the holes in the silicon wafers of MWT solar cells. The result is a metallic electrically conductive via between the collector lines on the front side and the emitter electrode on the back-side of the solar cell. The paste can also be used to form the collector lines on the front-side of the solar cell and the emitter electrode on the back-side of the solar cell. Also disclosed are metal-wrap-through silicon solar cells comprising the fired conductive silver paste.
