    摘要: A fountain-pen automatic assembly line system includes a worktable, two sprockets, and an endless loop driving chain connecting the two sprockets. The sprockets are mounted at two ends of the worktable respectively. A plurality of jigs is provided on the driving chain, wherein the jigs are configured to hold fountain pen barrels. A transporting rail supporting the driving chain is provided between the two sprockets, and the transporting rail is fixed on the worktable. An ink-reservoir mounting station and an ink-reservoir pressing station are provided on the worktable successively. The ink-reservoir mounting station is provided with an automatic ink-reservoir mounting machine, and the ink-reservoir pressing station is provided with an automatic ink-reservoir pressing machine. The ink-reservoir mounting process and the ink-reservoir pressing process are linked via the driving chain, so that the assembly time is shortened and the assembly efficiency is improved.

    摘要: A vibrating device for uniformly filling granular ornaments includes a base, a vibration platform, a motor, a first vibrating assembly for generating vibration in an up-down direction, and a second vibrating assembly for generating vibration in a left-right direction. The vibration platform is articulated at the base and provided with multiple through-holes for holding workpieces, such as pen caps. The motor is fixedly mounted at the base. The first vibrating assembly and the second vibrating assembly both are provided between the motor and the vibration platform. The motor drives the first vibrating assembly to make the vibration platform vibrate in the up-down direction, and at the same time drives the second vibrating assembly to make the vibration platform vibrate in the left-right direction. Thus, granular ornaments can fill the cavities of pen caps located within the through holes in the vibration platform.

    摘要: A heat transferring device for a workpiece such as a pen barrel includes a pneumatic mechanism, a roller mechanism, a heating mechanism, and a rolling mechanism. The pneumatic mechanism is connected with the roller mechanism. The rolling mechanism rotates the pen barrel, and the roller mechanism includes an elastic force applying mechanism that applies an elastic force on the pen barrel during rotation. As the rolling mechanism rotates the pen barrel, the elastic force applying mechanism applies an elastic force to the pen barrel that keeps a roller wheel in contact with respective faces of the pen barrel during rotation. Thus, the force that the elastic force applying mechanism applies to the pen barrel is uniform and the respective faces of the pen barrel receive a uniform force. Therefore, the device can heat transfer designs on pen barrels having non-circular as well as circular shapes.
