摘要: A liquid crystal phase shifter is provided, and includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first electrode layer at a side of the first base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a second electrode layer at a side of the second base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. 摘要: There is provided a liquid crystal phase shifter including first and second substrates opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first electrode layer at a side of the first base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a second electrode layer at a side of the second base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The first electrode layer includes a main body structure having a first side and a second side opposite to each other with respect to an extension direction of the main body structure, and a plurality of branch structures connected to at least one of the first side and the second side of the main body structure. The second electrode layer includes a plurality of first fingers.

摘要: A liquid crystal phase shifter, a liquid crystal antenna, a communication apparatus, and a method for operating a liquid crystal phase shifter are provided. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes a microwave transmission structure and a phase adjustment structure opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer between the microwave transmission structure and the phase adjustment structure; wherein the phase adjustment structure comprises a plurality of phase adjustment units; the plurality of phase adjustment units are configured to change a dielectric constant of the liquid crystal layer according to a voltage applied to the phase adjustment units and a voltage applied to the microwave transmission structure, so as to adjust a phase of a microwave signal; and phase shift amounts adjusted by the plurality of phase adjustment units are different from each other.

摘要: A phase shifter, a manufacture method for manufacturing a phase shifter, a drive method for driving a phase shifter, and an electronic device are provided. The phase shifter includes a dielectric substrate, and a transmission line, a dielectric layer, an insulating layer, and a metal layer on the dielectric substrate. In a direction perpendicular to a first surface of the dielectric substrate, the dielectric layer and the insulating layer are between the metal layer and the transmission line, a material of the dielectric layer is a semiconductor material; and an orthographic projection of the metal layer on the dielectric substrate, an orthographic projection of the insulating layer on the dielectric substrate, and an orthographic projection of the dielectric layer on the dielectric substrate at least partially overlap. The present disclosure provides a new phase shifter based on a metal-insulator-semiconductor capacitor structure.

A first end of the first portion is connected to a first end of the second portion. A second end of the first portion is connected to a second end of the second portion. The at least one electrode includes a first electrode on a side of the first insulating layer facing away from the first portion. The common electrode line is on a side of the liquid crystal layer facing away from the microstrip line.

摘要: There is provided a substrate integrated waveguide filter having a central region and a peripheral region surrounding the central region, and including: a first substrate; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; a plurality of conductive support pillars between the first substrate and the second substrate, within the peripheral region, and surrounding the central region, wherein a distance between at least one pair of adjacent two of the plurality of conductive support pillars is less than a wavelength of an electromagnetic wave to be transmitted by the substrate integrated waveguide filter; and a dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein a permittivity of the dielectric layer is configured to be changed as a strength of an electric field formed between the first substrate and the second substrate is changed to adjust a frequency of the substrate integrated waveguide filter.
