    Abstract: A blood pressure measurement method, a blood pressure measurement device, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: acquiring a video of a part of a human body, and generating a PPGi signal based on the video; extracting feature information from the PPGi signal; fitting blood pressure models based on the feature information, and acquiring blood pressure data corresponding to each heartbeat, wherein the blood pressure models include a systolic blood pressure linear model and a diastolic blood pressure exponential model.

    Abstract: A device and method for detecting a sign parameter are provided. A luminous source (01) is utilized to irradiate human skin tissue(s) for a preset time. The luminous source (01) can emit light with set wavelength(s) and capable of being absorbed by substance(s) for characterizing human body sign(s) in a human body. A photoelectric sensor (02) is configured to detect absorbance of the human body to the light emitted by the luminous source (01) within the preset time, and send a detection result to a processor (03). The processor (03) is configured to calculate substance concentration(s) of the substance(s) for characterizing the human body sign(s) in the human body according to the detection result sent by the photoelectric sensor (02). Therefore, blood samples of subjects do not need to be collected, and the substances for characterizing the human body signs can be detected through a non-invasive method.

    Abstract: A physical sign detecting earphone and a physical sign detecting method are disclosed. The physical sign detecting earphone includes a processor, and photoelectric sensors configured in left and right receivers respectively. The photoelectric sensors are used for collecting two pulse signals of left and right ears. The processor is used for performing physical sign detecting based on the pulse signals collected by the photoelectric sensors to obtain physical sign information. The embodiments of the disclosure solve the problem that the blood pressure measurement and fatigue detection in the prior art have poor convenience and measurement cannot be performed in real time.
