Abstract: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The display device comprises an upper substrate (103), a lower substrate (104), a solvent (102), and ellipsoids (101), and the solvent (102) and the ellipsoids (101) are provided between the upper substrate (103) and the lower substrate (104). The ellipsoids are configured for forming photonic crystals and have electromagnetic characteristics. By means of photonic crystals formed by the ellipsoids having a shape of oval spheres with a size in order of nanometer or sub-micrometer, the display device can change wavelength of reflected light and present different colors, thus color images can be displayed.

Abstract: A flat panel detector includes a base substrate, a sensing electrode and a bias electrode over the base substrate, and an insulating layer over the sensing electrode and the bias electrode at a side distal from the substrate. A difference between thicknesses of regions of the insulating layer corresponding to the sensing electrode and the bias electrode respectively is not greater than a preset threshold. When a sufficiently high voltage is applied to the insulating layer and turned on, because the thickness thereof is relatively uniform, a dark current generated by the sensing electrode and the bias electrode under the insulating layer is relatively uniform, thereby improving detection accuracy of the flat panel detector.

Abstract: This disclosure discloses a touch display screen, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The touch display screen comprises: an opposite substrate, an array substrate, and a liquid crystal layer located between the opposite substrate and the array substrate, a side of the opposite substrate facing the liquid crystal layer being provided with a black matrix. The touch display screen further comprises: a first touch electrode, an insulating layer and a second touch electrode arranged in stack successively at a side of the opposite substrate back to the liquid crystal layer. The first touch electrode and the second touch electrode are located within an area corresponding to the black matrix respectively. The first touch electrode comprises a plurality of first touch sub-electrodes distributed along a first direction. The second touch electrode comprises a plurality of second touch sub-electrodes distributed along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for forming a via hole in a flexible substrate, including: providing a base substrate and forming a de-bonding layer on the base substrate; forming a seed metal layer on the de-bonding layer, and patterning the seed metal layer to form a first conductive pattern; forming a first flexible substrate on the seed metal layer; forming a first mask layer on the first flexible substrate; and forming a first via hole in the flexible substrate though a dry etching process, the first via hole penetrating the first flexible substrate to expose a connection region of the first conductive pattern. The present disclosure further provides a method for filling a via hole in a flexible substrate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a spraying device and a coating method. The spraying device comprises a first spray unit and a second spray unit. The first spray unit is configured to spray a first solution for wetting a surface of a substrate, and the second spray unit is configured to spray a second solution for coating the surface of the substrate. During spraying, the second spray unit and the first spray unit advance in the same direction and the second spray unit is arranged behind the first spray unit in the advancing direction. In the present disclosure, the coated liquid diffuses across the surface of the substrate more quickly and uniformly, the alignment film formed on the surface of the substrate has a uniform thickness, thus avoiding mura due to an alignment film with a non-uniform thickness and improving quality of the display panel.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a metal mesh array and a manufacturing method thereof, a thin film sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of electronic device technology. A method for manufacturing a metal mesh array includes: providing a base substrate; forming a first metal layer on the base substrate as a seed layer; forming a first interlayer dielectric layer on a side of the seed layer away from the base substrate such that the first interlayer dielectric layer includes first groove structures and second groove structures in working areas and arranged in an intersecting manner; and performing an electroplating process on the seed layer to form first metal lines in the first groove structures and second metal lines in the second groove structures. The first metal lines and second metal lines in each working area are arranged in an intersecting manner, thereby forming a metal mesh.
