摘要: A bracket for a flexible display module is provided. The flexible display module includes a flexible display panel and a transparent cover plate. The flexible display panel includes a display region, a binding region opposite to the display region and a bending region connecting the display region and the binding region. The transparent cover plate is fixed to the display region of the flexible display panel. The bracket includes a first body and a second body fixedly connected with each other. An inner surface of the first body is provided with an accommodating region for accommodating the bending region of the flexible display panel. The second body is fixedly and detachably connected to a back of the flexible display panel. An orthographic projection of the flexible display panel on a surface of the transparent cover plate falls within a region where the surface of the transparent cover plate is located, and an area of the orthographic projection of the flexible display panel on the surface of the transparent cover plate is less than an area of the surface of the transparent cover plate.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an LED assembly, a light source, and a liquid crystal display device. The LED assembly includes: a substrate; a plurality of blue LED chips which are disposed on the substrate at intervals and have different emission wavelengths; a white light phosphor layer which is disposed on the substrate and covers the plurality of blue LED chips; and a sealing frame which is disposed on the substrate and is configured to encapsulate the plurality of blue LED chips and the white light phosphor layer. The LED assembly encapsulates the blue LED chips having different emission wavelengths together, which can avoid LED mixing from an LED encapsulation source, thereby saving cost. Moreover, problems such as nonuniform images and chromatic aberration are basically avoided when the LED assembly is applied to an LCD module.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and a preparation method thereof. After a first passivation layer is formed, residual gas is directly drawn out of a closed chamber to prevent the residual gas from reacting to form an unstable layer on the first passivation layer. Furthermore, after the residual gas is drawn out, a preset gas fills the closed chamber, and is retained for a preset time period and then drawn out. The retaining of the preset gas can effectively alleviate the damage to the passivation layer by static electricity.

摘要: An array substrate includes a base, a first conductive layer disposed at a side of the base, an insulating layer disposed at a side of the first conductive layer away from the base, and a second conductive layer disposed at a side of the insulating layer away from the first conductive layer. The insulating layer is provided with a first via hole exposing the first electrode of the first transistor and a second via hole exposing the first electrode of the second transistor. The second conductive layer includes a first conductive connection portion, and the first conductive connection portion connects the first electrode of the first transistor and the first electrode of the second transistor through the first via hole and the second via hole.

By means of the copper exposure region and the conductive ink thereon, the function of conducting electrostatic charges for the circuit board can be realized at low cost in high efficiency, thereby reducing the risk of subjecting the electrical elements on the circuit board to electrostatic breakdown.
