摘要: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and a preparation method thereof. After a first passivation layer is formed, residual gas is directly drawn out of a closed chamber to prevent the residual gas from reacting to form an unstable layer on the first passivation layer. Furthermore, after the residual gas is drawn out, a preset gas fills the closed chamber, and is retained for a preset time period and then drawn out. The retaining of the preset gas can effectively alleviate the damage to the passivation layer by static electricity.

摘要: A liquid crystal display panel, a liquid crystal display device and a control method thereof are disclosed. 摘要: A liquid crystal adjustment device, a liquid crystal display panel and a method for adjusting an amount of liquid crystals in the liquid crystal display panel are provided. The liquid crystal adjustment device includes a liquid crystal accommodation space in communication with a liquid crystal cell in a liquid crystal display panel. 摘要: A touch substrate comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. When the second substrate is not subjected to a pressure, the second conductive layer is insulatively spaced apart from the first conductive layer; when the second substrate is subjected to a pressure equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the second substrate is deformed so that at least a part of the second conductive layer is contacted with the first conductive layer. The touch structure includes: a sensing film configured to sense a pressure applied on the sensing film to generate an electrical signal; and a heating film disposed on a side of the sensing film and configured to generate heat in response to a determination, based on the electrical signal, that the value of the pressure applied on the sensing film is greater than a preset pressure value.
