摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device which includes a liquid crystal panel, and the method includes transforming the liquid crystal in a liquid crystal panel into a solid state before processing the liquid crystal panel, and transforming the liquid crystal in the liquid crystal panel into a liquid state after the liquid crystal panel is processed. In the method, the liquid crystal in a liquid crystal panel is transformed into a solid state before processing the liquid crystal panel, which can greatly enhance the pressure resistance of the liquid crystal panel, and prevent the pressure in the processing from breaking the liquid crystal panel.

摘要: A display substrate, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; and an alignment layer and multiple supporting spacers, which are on the base substrate. The alignment layer is formed by performing rubbing alignment on an alignment film formed on the base substrate by using a rubbing cloth. A distance between adjacent ones of the multiple supporting spacers in a rubbing alignment direction of the alignment film, and a length of a contact between a fiber of the rubbing cloth and the alignment film during the rubbing alignment meet a first preset condition, so that a number of supporting spacers that are passed through by the fiber of the rubbing cloth during each contact between the fiber and the alignment film is less than or equal to a first threshold value.

摘要: The present application provides a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a display region and a non-display region, a surface layer of the display region being rubbed to form an alignment layer, the non-display region being provided with a test electrode, the test electrode including multiple strip-shaped first sub-electrodes, the extending direction of the first sub-electrodes being the same with the direction of the rubbing for forming the alignment layer. By dividing the test electrode into multiple strip-shaped first sub-electrodes and the extending direction of the first sub-electrodes (i.e., the length direction) being the same as the rubbing direction of the rubbing to form an alignment layer, the display substrate can make the alignment of the alignment layer formed by the rubbing consistent and uniform, thereby avoiding the occurrence of Rubbing Mura when the alignment layer is formed by the rubbing.

摘要: The present invention discloses a LCD panel and a display device, by removing the spacers in the frame area of the prior art LCD panel, i.e. arranging pixel spacers only in the display area, or by setting the distance from the end of the peripheral spacer far away from the substrate on which the peripheral spacer is located to the substrate base of this substrate such that it is less than the distance from the end of the pixel spacer far away from the substrate on which the pixel spacer is located to the substrate base of the latter substrate, the gap in the frame area of the LCD panel is reduced, thus mitigating or avoiding upwarp of the rim of the LCD panel caused by a higher gap of the LCD panel, which in turn prevents the undesirable phenomenon that the rim of the LCD panel appears yellow when displaying.

摘要: A touch substrate comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. When the second substrate is not subjected to a pressure, the second conductive layer is insulatively spaced apart from the first conductive layer; when the second substrate is subjected to a pressure equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the second substrate is deformed so that at least a part of the second conductive layer is contacted with the first conductive layer.
