    摘要: The embodiments of the present invention provide a rubbing roller and a manufacturing method thereof. The rubbing roller comprises a rubbing cloth and a cylindrical roller body. A surface of the rubbing cloth is provided with a tuft array. The rubbing cloth is obliquely wound around the cylindrical surface of the roller body, thereby increasing the density of rubbing loci generated by the tufts. In the embodiments of the invention, with the rubbing cloth obliquely wound around the surface of the roller body, in the rubbing orientation process, the density of the rubbing loci can be increased without increasing the rubbing tuft density of existing rubbing cloth.

    摘要: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, and the display device includes an array substrate, an opposite substrate and sealant frames between the array substrate and the opposite substrate, with a pre-cutting position disposed between two adjacent the sealant frames. The display device further includes a barrier layer between the array substrate and the opposite substrate and at a position corresponding to the above-mentioned pre-cutting position, and a material forming the barrier layer has an elongation at fracture smaller than that of a material forming the sealant frames. The display device can solve the problem of a large quantity of burrs caused by the sealant frames during the cutting process of a display screen under the precondition of reducing production costs.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a manufacturing method of a display substrate, a manufacturing method of a display panel and a display device. The manufacturing method of a display substrate comprises: performing an pre-irradiation on the display substrate with ultraviolet light after completion of alignment of an alignment layer of the display substrate, such that electrons in a metal layer of the display substrate receive energy under this irradiation of the ultraviolet light and thereby transfer, and are distributed uniformly in the alignment layer of the display area of the display substrate. A uniform distribution of charges in the whole display area would not result in the deficiency of non-uniform brightness at the edge of the display area.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for rubbing an alignment layer on a substrate with a plurality of spacers that are arranged in rows and columns and a liquid crystal display panel. The method includes: determining a first rubbing direction and a second rubbing direction in such a manner that the second rubbing direction is an arrangement direction of liquid crystal molecules when the liquid crystal molecules are arranged correctly on the alignment layer, and an angle between the first rubbing direction and the second rubbing direction is greater than or equal to arctan (b/a), where a represents a row pitch between the spacers and b represents a width of one spacer; performing a first rubbing on the alignment layer in the first rubbing direction; and performing a second rubbing on the alignment layer in the second rubbing direction.     摘要: The present invention provides a substrate fitting process and a substrate assembly to be fitted, wherein the substrate assembly to be fitted of the present invention, a periphery mold frame is disposed on a surface of a substrate, a cell mold frame is disposed inside said periphery mold frame, the height of said cell mold frame is larger than the height of said periphery mold frame. A substrate fitting process of the present invention comprises: providing a cell mold frame on a surface of a first substrate, providing a cell mold frame inside the periphery mold frame for sealing liquid crystal, the height of said cell mold frame is larger than the height of the periphery mold frame; extracting the air between the first substrate and the second substrate; making the first substrate fit with the second substrate preliminarily; filling the air between the first substrate and the second substrate; making the first substrate further fit with the second substrate. With the technical solution of the present invention, the puncture caused by the impact of the in-cell liquid crystal onto the cell mold frame is prevented, and the time and the costs of the process is decreased, meanwhile the probability of the circuit metal wire and the component switch on the liquid crystal panel suffering corrode of the thinning acid is decreased.
